+Dylan Dubeault No, ABC was the only channel to air The Bugs Bunny & Tweety Show. Kids WB did aired Looney Tunes, under the name "Bugs N' Daffy".

+J Wright No. Back before 1999, in the 1990s there were four TV channels airing Looney Tunes; on ABC (The Bugs Bunny & Tweety Show, showing only post-1948 cartoons), on Nickelodeon (Looney Tunes On Nickelodeon, showing B&W Looney Tunes and post-1948 cartoons), on Kids WB! (Bugs N' Daffy, showing nearly the entire Looney Tunes cartoon library), and on Cartoon Network (Bugs & Daffy, showing only pre-1948 cartoons). In 1999, the rights for airing the entire Looney Tunes cartoon library were all given to Cartoon Network and all other channels owned by WB, hence forcing Nicelodeon and ABC to drop Looney Tunes from their daily line-ups. Kids WB! dropped Looney Tunes from its line-up even it is allowed to air it, presumably due to the English dub of Pokemon taking its place.

For real? I didn't know that. I figured since Disney owned ABC at the time they would only be allowed to air Disney-type shows.

It was originally but Jumbo Pictures was later bought out by The Walt Disney Company so they had to switch network to ABC
