Spider-Man would have more of a presence in the MCU, and Sony would stop making c-list movies about his supporting characters and villains. That’s about it.

April fools prank aside, this isn’t a big deal. Disney has always owned the rights to Spider-Man since they bought Marvel in 2009. They just don’t own the film rights.
