Around 160 Indonesian diaspora, on-site and virtual, joined the discussion on dual citizenship with the Minister of Law and Human Rights, H.E. @yasonna.laoly at the Embassy (05/30).
CDA @sadebimantara expressed his gratitude towards the Minister for his valuable time to meet with the Indonesian diaspora. The Minister addressed numerous breakthroughs the Indonesian government has made in delivering immigration and residency services to Indonesian diaspora around the world.
The Minister also pointed out positive measures that have been taken in pursuing a new initiative “Overseas Citizenship of Indonesia”, where Indonesian diaspora would be able to enjoy an expanded immigration and residency status.
