Good - finally some common sense prevails

Don't waste tax payers monies, what a lousy legal system that allows the tax payers to bleed.She needs to pay the tax payers for the cost of misusing the court.

Those women who is dreaming of Sharia law, this is the consequence. Applaud to the court verdict. 👏🏽

Ironic how the people who are disappointed with the decision are not british citizens themselves, these people shouldn't be given a platform to speak in the matter

The platform is here and some of those people who aren't British citizens - myself for example - are relieved that a first world nation like Britain has finally made a correct and appropriate decision rather than grovelling to the worthless vermin on the Left.

My question is: If since 2010 the UK Ruling Tory Govt. had stopped Legal Aid payments to UK citizens by stopping to pay citizens solicitors' fees & legal bills - WHY has the Govt. been giving UK tax payers money in UK legal aid payments to Human Rights Lawyers towards legal fees and costs of such appeals & also, on asylum appeal cases prepared & presented in courts by Human Rights Lawyers? Why throw UK's taxes on appeal cases of foreign criminals living in UK, to any Human Rights Lawyers if legal aid payments towards own citizens appeal cases is not paid by the Tory Govt. since 2010? Everyone reading this, should copy this question and place it in writing to their MPs & to the Prime Minister too (at 10 Downing Street). By demanding the Govt. to start giving Legal Aid to be UK citizens & to stop throwing UK tax payers money over paying Human Rights Lawyers legal fees on appeal cases of all migrants. Nothing in our country will run right for citizens unless citizens stand up united to get such wrong run Govt. Policies & system removed by the Govt. So stand up against such wrongs, or kerp passing comments online - which won't change wrong to right.

A hell of alot more that are inside our walls need to loose their passports

You can see the possibility of SB coming across in a dinghy and claiming asylum as a stateless person.

Rightly so.

She would go to prison for life for treason either way so why she would even want to come back is just beyond me.

High time the courts and legal system made a sensible judgement stick, in spite of the endemic "wokery" of these institutions.

The UK is under no obligation to offer citizenship to anyone whatever the circumstances, and of course the state does have the right to remove it if previously granted. If not, then that is a denial of sovereignty, an all too common circumstance these days. Constantly asserting that she was groomed without proof is meaningless. As for populism - that is code for doing what the voters want, something that rarely happens unless there is an election on the way.

In the age of immediate access to information , debate and research of any subject in any place of the world , what makes his thing the public aren’t able to make informed decisions other than his own prejudice ? YES! Justice has been served and hopefully a lesson to others who abuse British citizenship. She should not receive any financial aid. She can go to the Netherlands with her husband or to Bangladesh. Another woman who barely speaks English defending her! Enough!

There are 15 year old kids before the courts every day, in every country. They are expected, by and large, to be responsible and accountable for their actions and behaviour. She knew what she was getting herself into and now she has to live her choices.

"she was 15, she was groomed". Bollocks, there are 15 year old's running round with knives stabbing people in the streets, do we say forgive and forget to them too?. Just because you are 15 doesn't mean you don't have to live with the consequences of your actions.

That is the thing, she should pay for her crime. But going as a bride when you have murderers and p3dophiles that get out of jail walking free after finishing their sentence, people who planter bombs in the UK and killed purposely innocent civilians that complete their sentences, this seems a little strange. If she is guilty she should be prosecuted, but the passport thing makes no sense

Bangladesh won't let her in. The government stated there that she doesn't hold Bangladeshi citizenship and won't be let in without it. I don't blame them.

What you learn and want as a child stays with you . She will still have the same desires in life as an adult that she had as a child.

Being born in a stable does not make a man a horse. Being born in the UK does not make a loyal upstanding British citizen of her either.

Err because the currency isn't dollars...It's Britain. Also they don't actually care. So as long as they keep making all their money, getting their power and votes that is all they care about. How many times is she going to be allowed to appeal? And who is paying her legal fees?

Her parents shouldn’t have given her her passport………they knew where she was going.
