How this system will work if I get fired

My question is, will the 10% in the savings grow the same as the 90%, or will it devalue? It sounds like madness to me to use retirement money ahead of time. I don't have a pension and I am way past retirement age and still working for that reason. It's madness to access one's pension before the time.

My Q is why say its 10% of your provident fund while you only get 25 max why didn’t they just say 3%or 5%
