Billie lurk is such an interesting character, I remember in the DLC she was described as cunning and powerful, basically the second in command to Daud's infamous assassins group, while she hasn't had the outsiders mark directly she got power from Daud. But Delilah tricked her into thinking she could kill Daud and gain power, which sets up her utter hatred for Delilah. Got I love the lore of this game.

Well none of this would have happened because in a DLC Delilah is trying to possess Emily as a young girl which means without Corvo or anybody knowing that Emily was Gone and her body was taken over by Delilah Billy would be dead and The DLC happens after Corvo Spares Daud but if Corvo killed Daud then Daud would not have been able to stop Delilah and she would have taken the throne without them knowing
