nct dream do have songs with strong and dark concepts but as you noticed the refreshing concept is like their brand in the NCT universe. many of their songs(even b-sides) are about either friendship or young love and its what I like most about them

i'd really love for you to react to their b-sides especially ones that are emotional and about friendship like "Rainbow" and "Dear Dream"

They are the most healing kpop group imo, if you know what i mean 💚 They're not really "cute flower boy concept" tbh but have a unique healing and cheerful vibe I feel like everyone who watches them can't help smiling And yes, you kind of did pick cuter songs, Hot Sauce, Glitch Mode, Boom and Ridin' are more "bad ass", but the members are still naturally cute so maybe you'll find some cute moments too

Mark is leader in nct dream

Candy is a title track for winter album. that's why you are getting chrismas vibes for MV.

Nct dream have 3 main vocalists: Renjun (blonde in hf), Haechan (also in 127) and Chenle (rainbow hair in hf) 3 main Rappers: Mark, Jaemin (blue hair who winked in bfe) and jeno (guy with fake tattoos in hf) and then Jisung, the maknae of the entire NCT brand who most of the time does both. They all have amazing voices tho as shown in Broken Memories where Jeno starts us off

16:53 is Jaemin. Hes a rapper with a VERY pretty smile and personality. Hes the one holding the plushies in candy 5:51

mark does have a good amount of center time, but i feel like its also just that youre noticing his center moments more than the other members' because he's the only one you recognize 😅

yeah i do have a habit of doing that with new groups when i know one member so i do apologise for that! 😅

you've probably heard that line in candy before because it's a remake of a song by H.O.T, a first-gen group, which is arguably one of the most famous kpop songs of all time! so all kpop fans, even people who haven't been into kpop that long, have probably head that chorus somewhere.

Yeah it's widely covered by a lot of groups so it's very familiar to hear 😂

the reason theyre my faves is that they are just the sweetest most wholesome group ever. Like yes give me male idols serving cute and doing it right!! Also I might be biased bc Renjun is the loml, hes the one getting the highnotes at the end in Best friend ever.

Everyone always knows Mark before get into NCT universe.😂😂

the high note guy after mark in the best friend mv was renjun he's the same blonde hair guy in hello future mv. He's one of the main vocalist of nct dream and he's also a great dancer

you mentioning the matching robes is kinda funny when knowing they went to the airport in matching neon green tracksuits to celebrate their first time in 7 years going abroad together 😂 (their history is kind of crazy so they experienced a lot of things normal groups do a lot later than whats normal)

Mark and Jeno mostly have lots of center parts yeah , Jeno is a monster on stage , literally his energy and moves are so 🔥

EEE thank you for vibing with them again! You wanting a sad song towards the end but also not is so me jaja. For a song in your feels I'd recommend Graduation. Its one of those bsides that have an mv. Context: Nct Dream are the youngest unit. Formed when they had an average age of 16. Jisung who was the maknae then (2016) was only 14. They had a graduation unit where when a member reached of age, they would leave the group thus 'graduating' from the unit. You can imagine how sad that was, when in 2018 Mark left the group. 2020 Sm announced the termination of the concept and thankfully brought Mark back making them a fixed unit. Hot Sauce was not only their first comeback as 7dream (with Mark) but also their first full album in their 7 yr career at that point. Crazy.

Dream is the most colorful bg tbh lmao I thank Jaemin's very beautiful smile back in 2018 for making me discover them lol i never thought i'd stan another group when i've been stanning exo and red velvet for yearss now(like 8 yrs) For dream's center, its actually Jaemin. That said, not the best well treated center but it is what it is ig

Well Jaemin center position mostly for standing position, photoshoot, and ending center but not really in choreo because Dream still having 2 main dancers (Jisung and Mark), another visual member + lead dancer Jeno, and the 3 main vocalists are great dancers as well so it is more balanced imo

​@summernight2752 I would very well argue about the balanced statement esp when it comes to Jaemin. But this ain't rlly the place to speak about his mistreatments. That said he does not fail the role of attracting fans and gaining attentions from muggles no matter where he's placed and fancams are still there for everyone who wants to see him eat performances, so ig it's fine.

Nct Dream have a youth concept so they are different from the other units.

Omg, you reacted to the songs I suggested under your Broken Melodies Reaction. 🥺 These are definitely the cutest ones in their discography but that's the best way to be introduced to them imo, that's why I recommended them. They definitely have a se*y and an edgy side as well. You would faint if you saw some of their concert outfits. 😵‍💫 And if you like 'sad bangers' oh well.... They do not disappoint. I already mentioned they went through a lot of hard times in the past and many of their songs describe that. 🤧 'To My First' and 'Rainbow' definitely made me cry. I look forward to you discovering more about them. At your own pace, of course.

They go for the youthful concept and bright sound most of the time, especially with their title tracks 😁 if you wanna see them doing something different i would recommend 'go' or 'ridin'. For a more hard hitting or mature sound you should definitely check out nct 127!
