My prediction: I think Naevis will sacrifice herself. From their song "SAVAGE" they have this lyrics "I know your sacrifices oh~ My naevis we love you ♡". Naevis can't go to KWANGYA but I think she will just to save and help Aespa. Can't wait for the Ep. 3! I hope it's soon. 💗

I think giselle's fear/insecurity was not being able to stick out and falling into the crowd. There was a time where people thought she didnt look like an idol, even blurring her face out once because they thought she was part of the crowd. Also, right now aespa and their ae's are connected, so the "ae-karina" saying all that mean stuff to karina was actually just black mamba trying to trick her into deleting her ae

I saw someone commented this and the way it's so accurate "Kwangya: The kpop industry Naevis: The Entertainment company Black Mamba: their haters AE: The perfect version of them" Aespa's concept is really something else and the smcu is just amazing

There are even "photo" circulating up until now that "shows" she got total plastic surgery. = but these people underestimated her pesonality as a person, since almost all of her schoolmates came forward to back her up and tell all the good things she did to them. = there's a victim of bullying that she helped and even invite to eat meals to not get left out = her ask fm account is still activated, and you can see her 100+ response during her high school = she's known to be friendly at school and even famous "uzzlang" with large following on instagram = which first time SM casted her out annonymously (which she declined) = there's even a poplular korean KZreadr (batchmate/schoolmate) who back her up and show receipts that she's not a bully = she even give her nameplate to one of her classmates and letters which was uploaded as proof that those who defend her are not lying = she's the leader, main dancer, sub vocal, lead rapper, and known for her ai-visual. girl even aced on fan service and playing parasocial relationship with the female fans WINTER - all the gossips/ shadows reflects all the people on social media who criticize her position for being "treated too much" or deemed as "SM princess" especially when there are akgaes who thinks her lines and position should be handed out to the other members. She was always criticized on everything she does like spending too much time on her phone = she's chatting her boyfriend. she share her story on having a hamster as a child then got died and petting a cat "too" hard = animal abuse. Even her dance style is deemed as lazy and circulating "photos of her" which was set up by her "former classmate/friends" which was entirely different to photos shared by Winter on bubble or other social media accounts = since there are lots of akgaes who hate her. Winter china's fanbase made sure to block out all the hurtful posts regarding to that issue + good thing Winter don't have a Twitter account to see it that time. = she's the least person to address all the hate issues or the only one who indirectly send a message regarding to the hate train they received out of the four of them. = she live up to the title of Lead Vocal, Lead Dancer, and Visual of aespa. AND Lead Vocal, Lead Dancer, and Maknae of GOT (Girls On Top) You can scream and cry all your life but that will never change. = not her fault that she was seen as potential and got personally trained by YYJ as a trainee. She got scouted during their school festival as part of a dance troupe, mainly want to be an actress but got to be trained as an Idol due to her vocals. GISELLE - like where do we even start with this one?... even before the Scandal happened, she was always been a target of hate train, like literally all the stans of female idols who "almost/ ex-trainee" of SM nitpicking her moves. You can't even make a praised with her alone by not being "drag" with these people, especially on TikTok. Y'all deemed her evil, a dozen, or even a replacement for aespa. Like all the moves she does equates to mistake and a lost for SM. That every bad thing will be justified as long as the end point will be her. = You are valid to not like her because of what she did especially if you are part of that race and community and not accept her apology. BUT there's a boundary between not liking or supporting an artist by sending them a death threats, call her with slurs, and use that as an excuse to say and even make a contents to be unhumane and pushed her to be the person you want her to be. = She's not a Nepo baby. She didn't just got into SM by handing out her family status and be an Idol. She auditioned on SM saturday audition (the hardest and most famous audition) and only few got accepted. That's why she also got the least months of training (11 months) SM wouldn't let her debut not unless she is capable to do what the company envision for aespa. She even wrote her SYNK rap (which consists English, Korean, and Japanese), Zoo (collaboration with NCT members), and Second (by Hyo) = Her aunt might be a prominent news caster/CEO/senator (?) but that is not even related to music industry especially to SM. And all the allegation that her aunt is Lee Soo Man girlfriend is beyond disrespectful to both of them just to create an excuse to hate Giselle. = Girl has been part of a luxurious international private high school and been part of their choir, they even held competitions internationally and won before she graduated. There are clips of their performances spread by her classmates. She even have tons of song covers since pre-debut that she sings. She knows what where she's not good at, and her company can give her lots of opportunity and experience to learn and grow as an Idol by working with other artists and mentors. = and if not her performances, people would nitpick her physical features by being white-washed and "too much plastic surgery" NINGNING - being Chinese is an issue even years before in Korean Music Industry, there's lots of expectation and criticism awaits if they show their culture and support with their mainland country. Because of the political issues, these also affects every Chinese Idols and learn in a hash way to strengthen their position in the industry, and most of the times other people use it to fuel the fire which shouldn't be happen in the first place. = The Olympics, NingNing got hate by koreans because she congratulates the chinese team and ALL THE OTHER TEAMS on her bubble account. This has been blew out of propotion since there has been an issue regarding the scores and which should have won instead (which has nothing to do with Ning Ning) that's when they decided to talk shit on her like wildfire. = Being a victim of Fatphobia during their debut is insane, she's the youngest and debut at 17/18 and the first thing that people will point out is her physique (i don't even know this has been a thing until a saw a KZread content about female idols being called "fat") = Out of all the members, shes the one who woudn't hesitate to fight back. Like she can do what ever the hell she wants, she can totally say bad words (kinda funny since SM do not even bother to censor it out on their YT contents) and still use her mother tounge to communicate with her fans. And she's been given an important position as THEE MAIN Vocalist of aespa, which is an honor and best position coming from a Vocal House Company (SM) = she sacrificed being away from her family and career in China despite of having a career but go to Korea instead as one of the longest trainee and part of SM Rookies (which she's the only one left and succeeded to debut)

I am thankful you mentioned the thing with Giselle. I never understood the hate. Like sure she lip synced the n word but there are idols that have done worse and don't get as much hate for THAT reason. But to be honest in Europe here many people have said it because idk why but saying it seems like being cool because rappers say it. And yes that is most of the times the reason. Many people don't know what it means but just hear it in songs in which some random black person flexes so it comes of as "cool". So I am not surprised that it might be the same in Asia. People calling that racist is so wrong if then it is being racially ignorant. But still nowadays everything is racist. Like someone called me racist for not liking Drake. I literally just am not a fan of his music. Even just saying you don't like this person of color and people start calling racist which they themself aren't even the same race. I am sorry that I am letting all of this out here but this is a huge problem. Americans trying to minimize the racism just makes it worse. Because they need to call out the differences all the time needing to mention they are the minority in any argument saying there is no racism towards white people. It just is tiring and it is affecting some europeans. Sure racism isn't good but this is not that much better. No matter what race,religion,whatever we are human should be the argument and not trying to make the minority superior and that is not just a problem with this stuff but others as well. Like feminism has extremes as well but between races it is ok? But not with extreme feminists is hypocritical. Again I am sorry for talking about this stuff but I need to get it out of my chest. I hope you don't mind and maybe give me advice how to cope with it or your honest opinion about this.

@@taeyongscheeks Um, no one is trying to make minorities superior and things can be racist even if they aren't overt, it's called a microaggression and it happens when you discriminate against things by saying you don't like it or avoiding it because of your own 'subconconcious biases'. And feminism and people who talk about race are both equally critizied, it's easy to look anywhere and see someone say 'stop making it about race' even when alot of the time, the situation does have to do with race. Yes, if you genuinely just don't like a black person's work then it's wrong for you to be called racist but if you can't even state a single reason for why you don't like someone's music but like someone else's in a similar genre then people are right to start side eyeing you.

Yes karina is the leader, center and fotg, it would be amazing if you could do a guide(although they are very new group so maybe it's not time yet) I think it's not just karina but all of them bc if you see 4 of them are unconscious(?) on the sofa(bc of synk dive) maybe naevis speaks to karina bc she's the leader? I really love your reactions... It's sad how a lot of Kpop stans thinks so shallow about aespa's concept, they focus a lot of the AI and the Black Mamba saying that it's cringe and stuff. When it portrays a lot about the dark side of the Internet, the hate comments, the pressure, the insecurities, the belittling and more. I love that you understood the lore so fast that it's actually accurate! Karina with the Insecurities, people rely on her so much because she's the leader, and have to be mature. She's on a place with a lot of burden, trying to achieve all of their expectations. Giselle with the public's pressure, where everyone's attention is one her, waiting for her mistakes. Where a lot of people are using her mistakes as an excuse to bully her. Winter with the baseless rumors and stupid accusations. Who face a lot of criticism (Hate to be exact, but people as saying it's "CRITICISM" when in fact they're just using it to validate their hate reactions to her). NingNing with the hate comments, that even the country she works on turned their back to her just because she rooted for the athletes in her own country.

The fact that we are blessed with two videos the same day is awesome

btw it's not only karina joining, they all did when their appearence changed, Karina's was the introduction to synk dive that's why it was specifically mentioned. I don't know if you figured that out later on since I'm pausing to write this but I hope it helps.

As shown by the snake surrounding her in the box, also the woman kindof holding her captive in the first ep and the black mamba mv I think black mamba represents the haters who r making aespa doubt themselves or be tormented by hate Since karina remembers to not look back and shatter the screen that's making her choose to either delete or keep her ae, I think she eventually realised it was all an illusion and not her real ae talking

I Think SM would continue telling stories about social media or internet negativities through aespa universe Their next villain is a spider (Rumored since Hyo released her song deep) Maybe they'll talk about another topic with Spider as a evil representation
