Welcome to this video about labour and birth positions. In this video I cover the best labour positions for when your cervix is dilating, and the best birth positions (for when your baby is coming out). I have created this video so you can pause it and get into the different positions for labour and the different birth positions so you can see what feels most comfortable for you personally. I haven't covered every single position that exists but have instead focused on labour positions to ease pain as your contractions get stronger and birth positions which allow the pelvic outlet to open properly so it is easier for you to give birth. I hope you find these labour and birth positions helpful and get practicing them in preparation for your baby's birth :)
