In KAGOSHIMA Prefecture, which is the southernmost part of mainland Japan and is located 600km north to south, the prefecture is surrounded by magnificent nature. The breeding period is controversial, and the Japanese Wagyu, which is the final breeding area, is called " KAGOSHIMA WAGYU" and is exported to overseas countries such as Asia, North America, and Europe.
The number of cattle raised accounts for about 20% of all Japanese Wagyu, making it the number one production area in Japan.
In addition, at the "Wagyu Olympics 2022", which decides Japanese Wagyu champion, KAGOSHIMA Prefecture won first place in 6 out of 9 categories. It won the crown of "Japan's best".
