The African is the only person I know who would ask you to pay him/her in order to save him/her and then steal the rest of the money you could have used to save him/her and eventually die because you the savior have no money left to save him or her and he/she did nothing with the money but buy crap. Then he/she complains that you did nothing to save him/her. Al while he/she is sitting on a pile of wealth he/she is too lazy to exploit to save him/her self. Sad indeed. Does this makes sense, Africa? I come to save you because I think you are dear to me.Because you find out you are dear to me you want me to pay you before I bail you out. Then behind my back you steal the money I should have bailed you out and you still need money after that. The absurdity and ignorance in African Mentality and logic is the most mind boggling thing ever. Each African in the Congo Basin Could work 1 week a year and be a millionaire. No, really . . .For real. That is how rich Africa is.

The hand clapping is a coward's survival tactic. IN this crowd there are nothing but cowards, no one with the courage to speak up to this tyrant. It is not easy to speakup to a man who can torture you inpunitively, for as long as he wants. So this clapping my friend is a survival technique
