In this video, I give a brief description of the Rover V8. I will be stripping this one down on camera and rebuilding it, provided there's no issues with the block. This engine is a 4.0 out of a 2004 Discovery 2 (long nose crank) in Australia. I have already rebuilt the V8 that's in my Discovery 2 but want to see if I can do better on this one (aftermarket cam, maybe top-hat liners if there is liner issues). Depending on how much support this video gets, I'll strip and rebuild the transmission and transfer case also.
The more support I get, the more content I'll be able to produce and also quicker.
