I've seen a lot of Korean egg toast recipes that put condensed milk in the mayo. That's probably why it's so sweet. I always wondered if it worked, but I guess it doesn't 😅

I actually like dry eggs. I can't stand wet/snotty eggs. But sweet mayo doesn't do it for me at all. That is why I don't like Miracle Whip. Ham, potato, cheese, egg, that sounds like it could use a little hotsauce and call it a day.

In America, our foods are all mostly very savory based. In Japan, everything is very sweet based. Idk if japans grip with sweet food extends to Korea, but it might a bit.

Korea is way worse when it comes to everything being sweet Ngl I’ve been to Japan and not many things were sweet there, more so lightly savory? Not the strongest flavors overall

@@ZombieQueenno its because this saddest korean egg sandwhich ever seen. There so many good ones with thick bread, fluffy eggs, correct amount of sweet mayo. This one isn't it.

To me the sandwiches she got look like basic ones. I’ve always seen people get the MVP sandwiches which I think you then get the cabbage and pickle and it’s still quite cheap

Well first I can make a better korean breakfast sandwiches. The bread supose to be thick piece cut but leave like about 1/3 uncut to hold everything in they juse cheap white bread. Egg is suppose to be fluffier add some milk. Toasted bread has spicy mayo inside and drizzle sweet mayo (mayo and condensed milk ration 1-1). Yeah got this no a good one.

Yeah, It didn't even sound that great. I could make a better one for myself.. maybe not as aesthetic, but definitely better tasting. I also prefer my scrambles fluffy runny as well. I go for the Japanese style and make it so there are egg curds.

You have bad taste buds. This place over did the mayo. Only need very litte of sweet mayo on the toasted sandwich (condensed milk and mayo). I usually do a spicy mayo and condense milk version on the ones I make at home and got nice sweet and spicy kick to it.
