If these two are worth so much they would be somewhere else. They aren't effective, fire them. When you own a business you have to make tough choices. You either run the business or it runs you.

I've never been in the mining industry, but from what I understand, they get room and board no matter what. Just for that, I'd work the full season.

@@charliecostella Well Pay is definitely the most important factor but work to life balance now plays a massive factor to employees choosing where they work and more importantly if they stay... at least in current labor markets

The first couple episodes look like she didn't weight all her gold. Had some leftover in the pan looks shady. I wouldn't be surprised if discovere channel supply her with a little gold just to keep the show going because the only person is getting gold is Mr. Gold everyone one else is a joke
