Disability and Care Partner Benefits and Tax Credits | Parkinson Canada

Are you a Canadian living with a disability, or a care partner? If so, you may not be receiving all the benefits and tax savings you’re entitled to.
In this webinar, Janet Flynn and David Ike from Prosper Canada share how people living with a disability and caregivers can use the Benefits Wayfinder and Disability Benefits Compass. These simple but powerful tools can help you learn about benefits, eligibility, how to apply and what happens after applying. David and Janet also highlight the key disability benefits available.
We also heard from Frances Andrusiak, a former care partner who volunteers her time educating individuals in the Parkinson’s community about the application process as it applies to people with Parkinson’s and their care partners.
