This song I play for my boyfriend Tom. Dirty heads are our favorite band. We seen them 2 yrs ago in Indianapolis. This past yr he has been diagnosed ALS. He is now wheelchair bound when a year and half ago he was head forman of a asbestos/demolition crew of 35 years. So quickly it has taken him down. His wish is to meet them and share our dabs we make. Duddy is awesome

I love all of dirty heads music but this one hits home for me. Every word is so true we all need to slow down we are all headed to the same place in the end we might as well enjoy every moment because you never know what will happen! Life is hectic and a lot of us tend to forget that what really matters are the things that bring us joy! Thank you dirty heads for reminding us that life is beautiful and we need to just slow down ❤
