GJ, over time, I've noticed your comfort level has grown, your presentation is sharper, & your confidence is stronger. In other words, you're getting really good at this. I hope your efforts translate into success in your professional life. Few people can present as clearly and completely as you do. All the best to you and yours.

I want to say something: My first Idea in Chess was ever to sacrifice the first Move 1.e4! And the Urusovgambit is exactly what I had ever in Mind! Really, I had many Vision about the first Move e4! Have a nice Day! And stay healthy! Your Friend Matthias

Thank you for all the videos GJ! Your thorough analysis of 1....NC6 vs. e4 is most impressive. As a teenager in the 1970s( when I managed to achieve class A USCF ), I studied this line with my friend ( who later became an IM ) and we found some easy improvements over MCO 10 at the time. However, what you've done with modern technology takes opening study to a new level. Not only good depth but breadth also. Thanks again.

at 12:00 you don't move the bishop, instead you move the queen to h4 and continue like normal because if the opponent is stupid enough to take the bishop the rook on d1 takes the queen on d8.

    In the main line, your recommended 6. Bg5 is premature: 6....Nc6 7.Qh4 d5 8.Bd3 Be7 and Black is better (-93 Stockfish) or 6....Nc6 7.Qh4 d5 8. Bxf6 gxf6 9.Bb3 Qe7+ and Black has a big advantage (-176 Stockfish) . White must play 6.Nc3 instead then play Bg5.

If Qe7 to denfend the knight and after O-O black can play Kc6 gaining a tampo on the White Queen and it's a nightmare for white.

  • @SimsHacks

yes, that's why its much better to play Nc3 first and only after Bg5. :)

Oh yes, you are correct. Thats also check. Stockfish says that white should move his king away instead of blocking with his queen, so that makes whites situation even worse.

André Mendonça Bastos ye but u cant do that in otb, and even online cuz u wont learn anything when u use it to play against someone. Its more exciting to play chess when you're actually thinking hard about what to do, and even more fun when u actually get a winning position. Just my opinion though.
