We had kids at the wedding and they all had a great time. Nothing better than seeing the smile of a kid on the dance floor or a little girl gawking at the "princess" bride. Some of my favorite memories as a child was going to weddings and having a blast with my family; a day full of celebrating love and joy between two adults sets a great example for children.

I liked that they got everybody out there. That's what it is all about for everyone there.

That was an ingenius way to get all the guests dancing. AWESOME

you know what amazes me? the guy at 4:15 - in the middle of this most awesome event, with all those people, and lights, and music, and friends and family all having a hell of a great time...he is watching it through his camera! not getting in there - but making sure he captures it to bore generations of people who don't care for all time. just get in there and savour it for yourself, i say! it is NEVER going to be as good in a video or photo. yeesh.

At least everyone is having fun! I've probably watched 20 videos tonight where everyone either totally screws up, or they get the moves right but they look like they're concentrating so hard on them that they aren't having any fun at all anymore. And you can tell the people watching are usually bummed by it too. So kudos to the people in this video!

Being respectful, fun loving kids that they are, they wanted to help get the party started! My mother filmed this and was the one warning them that the dance floor wasn't ready yet, there were no hard feelings! Just makes the video and the flash mob that much more REAL and credible!

This was a really great concept. I love the choice of song, the simple dance routine, the back-up bridal party dancers, and the unity of inviting the guests to join in to the bride and groom's first dance. Unfortunately, the dance routine was a fail (especially since it was a simple routine and it still got botched up!) but everyone was having fun and that's what really matters. Congrats to the couple!

Well, the BRIDE in this particular moment, was my sister. She wanted kids at her wedding, if she didnt she would've put politely on the invitation that it was an adult reception. Due to the nature of the dance being a SURPRISE flash mob, it was not the kids nor their parents faults, that Donovan and Norah had started going on the dance floor as the usual mother-son, father-daughter, and couples first dance had already happened and in NORMAL weddings the next song would be for ALL GUESTS.

We figured a little liquid encouragement would help them and used the lyrics as an excuse!! :)
