DIRTWIRE Livestream @ Asheville Music Hall 2-17-2017
SpaceBanditSwamptronica from David Satori of Beats Antique, Evan Fraser of the Dogon Lights, and Mark Reveley of Jed and Lucia.
Biography
Dirtwire sits on the front porch of Americana’s future, conjuring up a whirlwind of sound using traditional instrumentation, world percussion, soundscapes, and electronic beats. Comprised of David Satori (Beats Antique), Evan Fraser (Hamsa Lila; Bolo), and Mark Reveley (Jed and Lucia), each performance brings both band and audience to a mysterious crossroads of beats, blues, African, Asian, and South American sounds. The result is a rebirth of Americana and a post-millennial psychedelic journey to downhome goodness.

Some of the best, continuous listening music I know of. We rarely turn them off in the house.

Dude you have to see them live. They’re incredible. They go to festivals and I saw them at lighting in a bottle and it was like the whole crown was possessed like desert dwelling monkeys scraping the dirt and going full tribal. They even cam down and played in the crowd best live performance of my life and it was a nice change of pace from of the other electronic music. I have seen them four time since and will see them whenever I can m. Most of my friends who are in to EDM are skeptical until they seen them and then they become wild animals on the dance floor
How do more people not know of these gems. The world was blessed your souls found a way to get together and crest this art

I think toy megaphone is the right answer here, with some delay added. Super cool sound. Edit: He also plays a mouth harp after the segment of the song that he's using the megaphone. Sooooo, take your pick 😏

Reminds me of vocals from the band Lightning bolt. The drummer/vocalist uses a mic pressed up against his mouth by a mask that then is ran into multiple effects. It has the same low fi characteristics.
53:00 minutes into this set!! What is the name of this song and what album is it from??? Can someone help me???
