The crash physics look pretty good to me, it's the damage modeling that I think you guys are talking about. They definitely need work but the actual physics of the crashes look about fight for the most part.

Looks pretty much simulation! Nice to have again some good rally game. It's hard to understand why it's so hard to make good crash physcis in today's games? Beamng drive sof body physics would be awesome in this game :P Okey this is just early build version so maybe they will improve that collission physics.

Ganassi 988 handling is quite realistic, surely one of the best rally games i have ever played, but crash physics are terrible if you ask me. DiRT 3 had way better crash physics, but then again it's early access and as far as i know, this is Codemasters first early access game ever, so not sure what to expect.

The Sethioz Project Okey nice to hear it's finally realistic feeling rally game. After richard burns rally there has been only arcade type rally games :/ Crash physcis might be there very early on, Let's hope they really focus on that too there. any idea when final game should be coming?

Ganassi 988 well it was impossible to play RBR with keyboard, cuz you instantly oversteered. in dirt rally it's not possible to oversteer as game auto-adjusts how much your wheels are turned out corners. however it doesn't make it arcade, it just makes it possible to play with keyboard, i personally don't support this, but lot of kids would whine their eyes out, that's why RBR was only popular amongst REAL racers, cuz it was nearly impossible to play with keyboard. but no idea when full release is, i'm sure they have it on their website somewhere.

Maybe graphics wise it isn't. :P

I think they will add the ability to lose doors, bonnet, bumpers, wheels, etc later on because all codemasters games have this kind of damage but with all parts falling off.

Looks like the damage models still needs a lot of work done on them.

Fuck car damage, this is the best rally EVER, after RBR !

Remember how Gran Turismo had no damage? Game was still excellent. I'd rather incomplete damage than a shit kenblock monster energy xtreme sports fest.

+photomorti I highly doubt they'll change physics. Game is rather complete, they're working on adding more content and optimizing graphics. I hope i'm wrong, i really wanna see better damage.

MaX1Mu55 and you know this ... because you're developer? Wanna bet that there won't be any changes to damage? This is the base product and things like graphics, damage, physics ..etc will not change. They will add more content and optimize it, cuz at some points there are bad lag spikes .. but it is unthinkable that they will destroy entire game and start all over, because that's what it takes to change the base damage modelling.

hmmm ok ,I supposed simply that it was going to change it, because the damages of dirt 3 were better... After the damages I don't care a little, as long as the gameplay is good;)

MrBoko1234 bigger problem than cameras are those weird vehicle physics- how they deform, fly through air, roll and how much that affects them. In the newest update they included wind and how it affects the turnovers and such .. so that's improved. But still this cars are indestructible (which i hope will be fixed at some point)
