spark plug solved my problem. I had a little more trouble turning my tank on my 2021. They have the hoses zip tied. Had to make a few snips but minus that, perfect tutorial
thanks for the video man. Just bought a 2021. Put fresh gas in, fresh oil, fresh coolant, charged the battery (using your battery video as a guide) and still had some trouble starting. Last thing to do. Spark plug. Could not find a good video, but i think im ready to do this now.
Thanks for the video , gonna try this on my bike
Thanks bro good video
Hey man I got a 2010 yz450f and I am having trouble finding the spark plug after this vid I assume it’s under my gas tank. Is the spark plug always in the same spot for Yamahas? Thanks.

Im not sure man but i would guess it is, the oldest yamaha i had was a 2014 and of the 4 yamahas ive had since then, they have always been under the gas tank/seat.

Ok, also what type of spark plug do I buy?
How did you gap these spark plugs? Or do these double grounded ones come pre gapped?

My owners manual just states "as required" so I just change mine once a year. My bike runs great with this spark plug interval. Your bike is a kickstart if its taking a couple kicks to start, changing the spark plug will help. No specific interval for spark plug change. To many factors come into play. Riding conditions, fuel quality etc...
