Well, Nikki is the youngest(Maknae), and he also is Japanese, so this may have some bearing on his “Nervousness.” Besides, his strength is DANCING. He is AWESOME at the dancing!

Ni-Ki is the coolest maknae, slay.

Lol, I had to laugh when you picked out Ni-ki as the 'angsty one who is dreading to go to school tomorrow.' There's an inside joke among Engene that Ni-ki was anywhere but at school because there is so much pre-debut footage of him floating around. He has been dancing since the the age of 3 and was active under the name Riki Jackson, since he loves Michael Jackson and would travel and perform MJ covers on stage and on TV. He's also been in a few commercials and music videos as a kid too so he's really good at immersing himself into a role.

They really made this cover their own and did a great job. Loved the latin vibe.

I heard it too, but i think he intended the note as he sang it; but Jimin's note is higher - that may be what you're remembering in the original Cap'n - the held high note at the beginning of the ad lib is the same note that Jimin sings for the "why" in the original. But the young man from Enhypen sings the "why" ad llib on the note at the end of the held ad lib previously. An intentional choice i think to make it his own and it sounds good. This was an excellent cover!

Thank you for this reaction, Roscoe! Enhypen did a good job of this cover - like you said, reasonably faithful to the original but with their own twist that made this version their own. I'm not familiar with this group but they're quite good and it is usual for groups in their early days to cover songs by other bands. I think TXT also covered BTS songs.

Hesseung is competitive... he is the one who sings the chorus divinely, he hit the first high note and with Jake and Jay they make a good combination; Sunoo and Jungwon's falsetto, very cute, I really liked it.

Thank you for the reaction! I usually say "en-jin" or "engine," but I 've heard it pronounced diff ways. I love their cover, it's very much them and they are purple blooded, so this is an honor for them.

No lol as it turns out, apparently Niki is my bias 💜

I know covers are a thing in the industry but BTS covers are not for me. Some people can own covers but I have yet to see a BTS cover that’s good.
