My suggestion is this - every time we see a business acting bad, do a google search and leave them an appropriate review with a link to the video. Also do the same if they act appropriately. This will serve as a way of getting more and more members of the paying public a good opportunity to judge for themselves the company’s staff performance. It will also reach an even wider audience than would otherwise.
