could Vega's HBCC be used to use system RAM as VRAM and do larger images?

Theoretically yes, but for me who only have 16GB of RAM, I got instabilities in the system when enabling HBCC.
You will have the file optimized by olive, to upload it to stable diffusion the onnx model, ready to download, with a link❓
