Article 45-it tells about childhood care of children below 6 yrs mam not between 6 to 14...

Mam I think one mistake took place 86th CAA of 2002 changed the subject matter of art 45 and made elementary education fundamental right under art 21a and the dpsp 45 now says to provide early childhood care and education for all children until they complete the age of 6 years. Thank you
