Sir mera ek small doubt hai RFA mein amendment ko lekar that is ye amendment jo aya hai 1st September 2023 tow mere paas jo book hai usme solution kiya hai 1st April to 31st August ka salary ka percentage on the basis of population old rule se + 1st September to 31st March ka salary k upar percentage on the basis of population new rule se. Tow ham exam mein calculation konsa kare pura new rule ka percentage charge kare or new and old rule ko month proportion karke charge kare 5month and 7 months.

Actually ham confused tha because wo rule amendment hua 1st September 2023 ko tow aur mera jo Taxmann ka Vinod Singhania ka book hai AY 24-25 ka usme wo log sara sums mein upto 31st August Tak 5 months purana rule mein percentage use kiya hai and 1st September se 31st March Tak 7 months new percentage se calculate Kiya hai aur last mein dono ko add kar diya. Eg jaisa 10000 rs salary aya hai year ka tow wo log kiya hai (10000*15%*5/12)+(10000*10%*7/12) aur assume Kiya hai Population above 40 lakhs hai
