@@olivery.6249 Actually it gives because when you are 6ft or above sometimes it's gets very difficult to bend down and there is always a chance of jerk in lower back. And the change get more severe when you have to bend urgently as minor of secs in your sides or in whatever direction to show your reflexes in which you are going to fall down once you throw the ball.

@@johnp515 Baseball Australia head coach / manager Mike Young was contracted to CA as fielding coach following his tenure in ABL and as 1996 Au. Olympic head coach. He has since been in IPL and ECB. Long before he came to Australia there were accredited State baseball coaches in a number of States and many Australian Test players who were elite level baseball players. Bob Simpson Player / captain / coach in the 60's and 70's was first to introduce the relay outfield throw. Chappels / Richardsons are strong baseball families. Borders, virtually ALL of Bradman's Invincibles 1948. Look up Neil Harvey and his brothers / family still playing today. Not only fielding but if you know anything about baseball you would know many of the bowling grips used today are straight out of baseball coaching. Knuckle ball, sliders, circle change (of pace) to name some. And now even some of Young's influence is seen in batting...Brook for example. So do your homework before calling out others who have very strong background knowledge in both sports. p.s. the great Victor Trumper, from around 1915, who has a large stand named after him at the SCG was a baseball player for Paddington BC and he advised a promising schoolboy criceter to play baseball off season and learn to do what you see in above video.
