This performance is taken from DEG's TOUR16-17 FROM DEPRESSION TO ________ [mode of 鬼葬] and was requested by Ho Hien Minh. Hope you like it!

Annotations:
""The two that turned their backs to each other" - In this case it seems simply the position of standing back to back to each other is described, however 背を向ける (se wo mukeru) is also an expression meaning "to turn one's back on(!) someone".
"Unable to hear even the violently shaking rain" - I chose "shaking" as a verb because I wanted to keep the nuance Kyo added by choosing an unusual kanji here. Usually rain is "falling" (降る, furu), but he used "waving/shaking" (振る, furu) instead.
"They turn their backs to each other and start walking their own ways" - While in English "to go one's way" is commonly used, in Japanese "place" is used instead of "way". Meaning wise they're equivalent however.
Kyo leaves out an entire verse in this performance. It says:
"Even if I scream in times of uncertainty
It's like the future that is too long is going to kill me
My tears and even the meaning of my feelings go into the past
With the sinking sun..."

Kaoru and Die playing acoustic guitars and complemeting each other is something that we don't see very often anymore. Another example is Mushi. Such a feast for ears everytime.

There's a clip from this video on KZread of Kaoru and Die doing the solo....I watched that a lot before I went out and got my guitars. It's because of Dir En Grey as a whole why I went and got a guitar and why I play so much

2020 and I still love Diru. Thanks for taking away my loneliness during this pandemic.
The bass line here goes so great with everything, it's a pity it's not as pronounced here as in the studio version.

In the notes under description of this video, the entire verse you've mentioned, were actually added verse in GLASS SKIN version (the one pretty much acoustic) of the song. The original Kisou version which was performed in the mode of tour does not have that part at all. That being said, some part of the vocal lines of this performance still resemble GLASS SKIN version, for example, use of interjection and first person pronoun "ore" instead of "boku". Moreover, GLASS SKIN version was revived in the recent tour in 2019.
