    I dont understand. The right eye gives a left image and thr left eye the right image. But in your example its vice versa

    @@InsightOphthalmology there is superior and inferior rectus palsy so the image shouldnt be tilted right? they dont cancel each other?

    @@LaSalviaBodysurf as we are dealing with third nerve palsy, the inferior oblique is also affected ( responsible for extorsion!) . However the superior oblique is intact supplied by 4rth nerve ( responsible for intortion) . Therefore we see an intortion tilt . :)
