Gabrielle Ott If you use a generous amount, it definitely will, but if i want to just take off/change my lippie i only use a little bit at a time, wipe it away, then get the leftovers with another dab of oil. Then i touch up around my lips with my beauty blender and im ready for another round. It sounds like a lot of steps, yes, but it has to be better than scrubbing every layer off.
