Too bad they didn't send you the full packaging, the shopping bag would be nice!

I ordered from them and received a white box that was scuffed on all four corners (grey dirty looking areas) no ribbon or card or any gift type things. The items looked like they had been thrown in the box with very little tissue. This is a gift for my sister’s 50 th birthday!!! I contacted them online and explained the issue. There was no reply or resolution, so I cannot present it to my sister in the way I wanted to. She cannot afford Dior so this was going to be a very special gift. I am so disappointed and done !

Thats so sad.. did yu choose the couture package or the eco box?

I told the Dior Ambassador this today. The reviews are informing other customers that the website is portraying that you will receive the Lunar packaging and instead consumers are receiving the generic stuff. I wanted the packaging for the Lunar New Year like you... and the ambassador claims they will not be able to guarantee the items will arrive in the special packaging and only the box the item will come in for the limited edition packaging.

I wanted one so bad but it was sold out. It looks very nice.
