How did you get them to send you the missing samples? For over a year, until my last two small orders (mostly to get my platinum gifts), I kept missing at least one if not more than one deluxe sample. I called in and emailed. They just offered me another code... I mean, really? You didn't send the stuff you were supposed to the first time...

@@amandawyles5372 ​​⁠that’s sooo frustrating. I pulled up the codes I used during my order (that had missing samples) and I literally sent them those with my order number. Maybe it helped I had them in my email to share?? I guess they were able to look that up ? For one of my 3 orders that were missing loyalty gifts though they did email me and say here use this code on any purchase though. I think I emailed in multiple times … sorry the experience is so frustrating lately !

Oh that’s nice. During lunar new year I didn’t get the packaging nor the samples I was expecting and all i got was an apology and a promo to use on a future purchase but the promo was not comparable; not good 😢

Were you able to select the scent “lucky” as the miniature sample or was it just random? I’m trying to collect all the miniature scents for LCP but sadly I always get the same samples: Eden Roc (favorite) Gris Dior New Look Ambre-Nuit Dioriviera Seems like for the past 2 years those are the same options I’m ready to try the rest LOL😅

I wonder if they are going to change the welcome gift for silver sometime soon. This gift was available for a while now. We need something new!

The Gold welcome gift is nice!!! I wonder how will the Platinum gift be better than the Gold. Also do you receive a tracking number for any of the welcome gifts? I ordered earlier this week and received my package today but my welcome gift was not in there. wondering where it is.

Hi yes you do get tracking for the gifts. You would have to checkout yourself and you’ll get an email. It should’ve shipped the same time😮 platinum has a tote bag!

Hi Trish, beautiful gifts! I have a question for you: I placed three orders over 500$ in the past 12 months, but I didn’t get to gold status. Two orders happened within less than 24h, do you think it has to do with that? That isn’t written in the loyalty description, so I have no idea if it would be due to that.

I had this issue before. When the orders are within 24 hours of each other they seem to not qualify for the “minimum number of orders” needed per year

In my case it ended up not mattering because i made another purchase that brought my status up (needed last minute Xmas gifts). In your case you spent a lot so honestly I’d try emailing customer service!!
