They are cousins or Dionne is her Aunt! In other words they are related. MS. DIONNE IS A LIVING LEGEND ON EVERY LEVEL. She could hang with the likes of Frank Sinatra and Sammy Davis, Jr. Burt Bacharach.. etc.!!!! She sang the title song for the movie "Alfie", etc. SHE IS AN ICON!!! EBONY.COM might have archives on MS. Dionne. She was ahead of her time, i.e. she had a thing about the spelling of her name back in day.....like dropping the E on Warwick ...all kinds of stuff. Her husband was a rather well- known Black tv actor. She let him go.....allegedly her career was just more accelerated than his so to speak . However, that was known before they married. Google might not even do her full justice! Not sure.

@@bonitahobbs2097 I knew they were cousins. I still get so moved when hearing both of them speak as the similarity in the talking voice is just as magical when they sing. I agree with everything and she is definitely a legend. Dang, I remember Alfie! Like Whitney, Dionne will let you have it. They need to go ahead give her flowers now.

My mother used to play Dionne Warwick and Nat King Cole vinyl records and I always hung around to listen to the great music. I especially enjoy the Burt Bacharach and Hal David songs. I like all of Ms.Warwick's music and the live concerts are enchanting. It's sad that some of the singers(?) are singing about unflattering subjects.

Just because Wendy has never been arrested for drug abuse doesn't exempt her from being a drug addict .
