In all honsesty, even as a jojo fan...it would be an amazing fight with reversals countering the damage of stop time and the strategic mind battle that would happen...but one domain...a sure hit...would end dio😔

⁠@@loganjohnson4259I don’t think he is getting away from a full scale Malevolent Shrine even with time stop, JJBA isn’t exactly known for its travel speed feats Now, shockingly enough, DIO basically gets a free pass out of most domains. With no cursed energy, he can slip through the barriers and deny the sure hit effects However Sukuna’s domain can sacrifice having a closed barrier to the small upside of, you know, 200 meters of range. Oh, also he can slice apart things without cursed energy and atomize whole buildings. The issue with Sukuna VS DIO is in JJBA part 3 having a few handfuls of knifes thrown at you in a timestop is a threat meanwhile Sukuna was casually erasing buildings off the map as collateral in his fights. DIO has worse regeneration and damage output by a long shot and 99/100 times DIO is going to think throwing a knife into his throat or punching a hole through his chest is enough with the freebie time stop hit before Sukuna bodies the man

Some one made a video match up about this and it mainly boiled down to 2 out possible out comes. 1- dio decides to be cocky with sukuna and gets creamed 2- dio takes sukuna seriously, time stops, and crushed his head.

The thing is the former is FAAAR more likely to happen because DIO doesn’t KNOW he needs to crush his skull. In all the time stop insta-kills we’ve seen from DIO, he NEVER did a trick that would kill Sukuna in an opening move Sukuna on the other hand can still majorly weaken DIO with his less than lethal moves because without an unwilling blood doner around DIO’s regen just doesn’t compare. Sukuna, just for funzies, was dicing Jogo up. Imagine what it would do to DIO if Sukuna casually turned his arms into mice meat?

@@your_fathers If Dio's stand, The World, has an equal barrage speed and power to Jotaro's stand, Star Platinum, which has the ability to punch at light speed as stated numerous times, Dio can just use the advantage of his unholy punching speed to rip through Sukuna's skull, no matter how tough his skin is it'll never beat a lightspeed punch. If a needle hit the earth at light speed (assuming it wouldn't melt first) it would be catastrophic and immediately detonate the entire planet, now imagine a 60 pound spiritual arm punching your face at light speed.. it's not gonna be pretty no matter how Sukuna slices it. That being said, Sukuna still as opportunity to kill Dio, just he's basically losing almost every encounter if Dio takes him seriously.

This is only under the pretenses stated in the Jojo manga applied to realistic standards.. obviously Jotaro never explodes the earth with how fast his punches are, but he is stated to have this feat.

In reality dio wouldnt jold a candle to sukuna,one domain expansion hes turned into ashes,if that doesnt work 4 more domain expansions are comin upon him

couldn't he just run away? we have seen characters react to his domain within milliseconds of course they couldn't really do anything unless they were gojo but the point still stands and unlike them, dio can just jog/fly out of its area effect with The World.

a sure hit from sukuna's doman expansion would obliterate DIO. DIO's fighting prowess was unparalleled because nobody else could just regenerate or tank unbelievable hits. He toyed with humans, Sukuna toys with demons who have also forsaken their humanity. His only saving grace is time stop and his enhanced motor abilities. If he wasn't within range, this would've been wraps with two words within 200 meters. its either he gets cocky and just decides not to use Time Stop up in his face or he locks in and recognizes sukuna as a real threat and baits him closer.

idk why people are saying sukuna wins even though DIO is so much faster, has regen hax, can be dismembered with little to no ramification and has crazy high durability.

@@EarlySunrise i don't think you realize how fast a domain expansion is, it's nearly INSTANT Dios time stop takes at minimum 3 seconds to actually use
