It is SO MUCH FUN! I mean it is much better as a competitive game, but the solo is solid and it means I can build a dino park. What's not to like! Thanks for watching!

Nice! Normally this color scheme would hurt my brain but somehow it works for this one! Looking forward to the playthrough.

Going to start recording first session now! Gameplay is solid, for competitive, for solo I like it but it is a beat your own score. LEt me know what you think when I post the first vid!

I'm glad the bonus goals make the beat high score a little more dynamic.

I totally slept on this game. Its gathered quite a buzz about it. What are the differences between the kickstarter and the retail version, and is it worth adding to my collection?

Hey Charles! So if you really like the dinosaur theme, enjoy a solid worker placement that doesn't have a ton of "new" mechanics but it is set up very nicely then I would say yes. I will be keeping this for sure due to the theme (love the idea of building a dino theme park) and the play is enjoyable even if it is not groundbreaking. Hope that helps!! Those components seem strange. Not only does it look like a kid's game (which it clearly is not), but wouldn't a single large board work better than five! small ones?

Yes I agree the game's art is an "aquired" taste. Check out the kickstarter page and you will see that they were going for retro 90's feel. Still I agree the number of boards is pretty intense, but it does make it feel verbose, which you would assume would be if you were creating a dino park! Regardless thanks for watching!!

Interestingly enough I kick-started another dino based worker placement around the same time this was happening in dinogenics. I think it looks more interesting but that might just be because I bought it. I definitely prefer dinogenics' style, it has little dino meeple.

I hadn't seen this! Looks pretty cool and somewhat comparable. The difference here is this one has solo rules in it. There are dino meeples as well but they are pink here. Regardless thanks for watching!! I do hope you like Dinogenics!!

I could be wrong, but I think dinogenics has solo scenarios, but they may have been exclusive to Kickstarter if they even exist.
