Hi Jennifer, the recipe for the char sue chicken is, red food coloring, honey, ginger, garlic, five spice Chinese seasoning, oyster sauce, salt, black pepper and some brown sugar. I used chicken thighs but you can use whatever cut of chicken or meat you want. Combine all of the ingredients and rub the chicken down. Set in a ziplock bag and marinate for 2 hrs or overnight. Place on a wire rack and bake at 400 degrees for 45/50 minutes.

Hi dear, so the char sue chicken is red food coloring, honey, brown sugar, five spice Chinese seasoning, oyster sauce, black pepper, salt, a little grind seasoning, grated ginger and fresh garlic. Combine all of the ingredients and marinate chicken for 2 hours or overnight. Place chicken on a rack and bake at 400 degrees for 45/50 minutes. The rice dish, I used 2 cups of basmati rice, 1 can of coconut milk and 1.5 cups of water, salt, black pepper, adobo salt and olive oil. Cook the rice with the coconut milk and water on low heat covered. The rice should absorb all of the liquid and add chopped parsley at the end and mix well.

Hi naseema, the char sue chicken recipe is, red food coloring, garlic, ginger, oyster sauce, five spice Chinese seasoning, black pepper, salt, honey and brown sugar. I used boneless chicken thighs but you can use any cut of chicken or meat you’d like. Mix all of the ingredients together and put the chicken into a ziplock bag and pour the mixture over it. Marinate for 2 hrs or overnight. Place the chicken on a wire rack and bake for 45/50 minutes at 400 degrees.
