It is possible to eat excellent dishes every day by spending around 1 Euro per person with simple and quick recipes.
Spices were not included in the total cost because I already had them but they would only increase the cost by a few cents.
TUNA AND POTATO MEATLOAF AND CARROT SIDE SIDE
Potato and tuna meatloaf:
2 cans of 80 g tuna
400 g potatoes
2 eggs
salt and pepper
Pan-fried carrots:
500 g carrots
parsley
lemon
olive oil, salt
1 clove of garlic

Alla fine del video ho mostrato lo scontrino con i prezzi ⬆⬆ tutto acquistato in un supermercato non economico ma comodo perchè vicino, sicuramente si potrebbe risparmiare ancora di più!

Rita, proprio ieri, dal contadino, dunque a km 0, ho acquistato 8 patate di media grandezza, 12 uova e un cavolo verza per un costo totale di 14 euro. Forse dalle mie parti se ne approfittano vergognosamente. Comunque grazie per la ricetta. Davvero deliziosa e valida 😊
