We're glad that we could share all of the information. Oats can be tricky, and we just saw that Gluten Free Watchdog posted that they can no longer recommend any oats (even purity protocol ones) right now due to so many issues with oats testing above 20ppm. The good news is that even without the oat containing base, the GF desserts we got at Roundup Rodeo BBQ were still good! 😊

My favorite Western is El Dorado (John Wayne, James Caan, Robert Mitchum, and more!)

We're glad to share! The plant-based options were great. It's a challenging restaurant for low-FODMAP, but we did enjoy the food there! 😊

Favorite westerns: Lonesome Dove (book and miniseries) and Unforgiven. Centennial, while not quite a western (more an epic saga), is awesome (book and miniseries).

We haven't been back yet, but we had friends who recently went who were GFDF, GF, and GF & vegan (a mix in their group), and they said they had a good experience. A lot of people we've talked to have raved about the sides more than the main entree items. But, overall, it's still a very GFDF friendly location! Hope you have a great time. 😍
