I echoe with you thoughts ya rice of Golden joy is awesome. But noodles i think there is bit scope for improvement...Tried their cantonese noodles ......the noodles were not steamed too much pan fried and bit blunt. And another thing is that they are not too much cooperative with guests what i feel ......Bit like a cut throat proffessional and the service manager of ground floor not good....Too arrogant and cant give knowledge about items.......Golden joy is the only resturant in China town which adds tips with bills which i feel not a proper way.
