Dining, Shopping, and Walking the Pier at The Boardwalk at Okaloosa Island and Island Pier
In this video, we're off our couch on Okaloosa Island, a barrier island connecting Fort Walton Beach and Destin! This is a return visit for us to one of our favorite places to visit the beautiful beach, enjoy two restaurants on the Boardwalk- Rockin Tacos and Crab Trap, take care of some souvenir shopping, and also walk the pier and catch an amazing sunset! Okaloosa Island and the Emerald Coast are known for their powdery white sand and clear emerald waters and we're taking you along to show you our experiences on the Boardwalk and the Island Pier!

The birds were off the hook! The staff said this guy started feeding them and that started the craziness, Lol! ~ London
WOW, you know that’s a beautiful and fantastic video and the food 🥘 there is great. I love that area and it was such a great day and place to visit. The beaches are lovely and the sand was soft on your feet and gorgeous. I loved the restaurants that are right there on the beach and l definitely plan to go back there to visit is unbelievably beautiful and relaxing. Thanks for sharing. Such a great video. That’s an amazing area. I loved it there.❤

@OffOurCouch we are going the 2nd weekend in November, but thank you & we hope the same for you! We have been 2x already this summer & the 1st time was right in the middle of hurricane season I guess....there were confirmed tornados in the surrounding areas and I was so afraid it would hit Okaloosa but thankfully it didn't. Bad weather gives me severe anxiety 😭 but I'm looking forward to visiting in November since I've only ever been in the summer time. Y'all be safe and thanks for sharing your adventures with us 🖤

@@britt.any_time We've been both in the summer and in the off-season and I prefer the off-season myself personally. Way less traffic, way less crowds, restaurants have significantly less wait times or no wait times at all, prices are cheaper, I prefer to go in November (the off-season). Plus it's not hurricane season either! 😆 I think the major downside is that the water is cold. For some people, that doesn't seem to be an issue either. I guess it's a matter of preference. I hope you have a great time in November. I think you will 🙂 ~ Nat
This place looks amazing! We need to get to the panhandle when it warms up. Lol Mike and I have so many places to visit in Florida. Rockin Tacos sounds yummy! Beautiful area! Thanks for the look at this area! Hope you guys had a great holiday! We are headed to Orlando for NYE to relax.
