FULL RECIPE BELOW:
1.In a pre medium heat pan, saute 1 medium slice onion,2 cloves of slice garlic,1 medium slice ginger for 2-3minutes.
2.Once the garlic and onion turn translucent, throw 1kg of sea shells into the pan together with 1 stalk of lemon grass.Cook for 30minutes.
3.Then add the seasoning according to your taste ,a pinch of salt,2 tbsp of fish sauce and a cup of water.Add slices of bottle gourd and sponge gourd for more nutritious and savory taste.Just wait around 10-15mins to incorporate the ingredients.Optional to dip in a chili vinegar or soy sauce with chili and lemon.Quick and easy!Ready to serve!Enjoy!
