Dina Bonnevie’s Baked Salmon Recipe | Erich Gonzales
BAKED SALMON
Ingredients:
1 slab of salmon
6 pieces calamansi
Chopped garlic
Salt
Pepper
Mayonnaise
Cream cheese
Parmesan cheese
Dill
Garlic and herbs (you can also put oregano or basil)
Olive oil
Instructions:
-Season the salmon with calamansi, garlic, salt and pepper
-Mix the mayonnaise and cream cheese thoroughly (emulsify)
-Spread the mixture on top of the salmon
-Add a pinch of dill, garlic and herbs, parmesan cheese and a dash of olive oil.
Cover it with foil.
Pre-heat the oven at 350 degrees and then adjust it to 200 degrees.
Bake for 10-15 minutes.

Ginaya ko po ang recipe nu Miss Dina and nagustuhan po ng family ko. Masarap ang combination ng cream cheese & mayo tapos ung kalamansi & herbs. Meron na naman akung na discover na gustong kainin ng anak kung 17 yrs old.😍

Anyway, ganito po mga favorite videos ko about cooking kahit hindi ako marunong magluto. 😅 tulad nito at cooking videos nina Ms. Juday at Ms. Danica kase nakakagutom at marami akong natututunan. Hi. As much as I’d like to attend the ball, I’m still recovering from my wisdom tooth removal last week. My face is still swollen and there’s still pain and discomfort from the surgery. Thank you for the support♥️
