Long back i learnt from ur vlog to apply oil to the cloves of garlic n keep it in the sun for an hr or so. Mw for about ten sec would also do. Then peeling would be easy. Store it in a glass jar. No prob at all. I store it mostly for a fortnight. Generally when we purchase ourside, it takes a while to keep it in the fridge n hence a bit more of garlic smell. In amazon small charcoal pouches specially for fridge is available. Keeping them inside fridge helps to remove the foul smell. Keeping used lemon halves in the fridge also works to eliminate the foul smell. Keep changing the used lemon halves.
Madam, try to spray some lemon juice over the peeled garlic before storing it in an airtight glass container. This trick will work and remove the pungent smell.
