I've been saying since discovering Dimash over a year ago that he needs to do a costume drama with the song "Stranger" as the inspiration and of course on the soundtrack. An early century martial arts warrior wandering the land looking for those who murdered his beloved. In his wanderings there are many altercations with enemy fighters, eventually he finds the murderers, and, in the meantime, he finds another lady martial artist, he slowly falls in love with as they pair up fighting the same enemies. That's my story and I'm sticking to it. ha

I noticed the hair and clothing change immediately. Also, the parallels to the dracula movie. The vampire goes after the beautiful girl. Count Dracula attacks Lucy in her bedroom; however, she awakes the next day not remembering anything except belueving she had a strange dream. I tried to see at the end of the video if the girl had any bite marks on her neck, but I couldn't see anything..

Dimash for quite a while had been wanting to do a song that was a fusion of jazz, rock and R&B and he talked it over with his co-producer Dmytro Gordon who suggested Dimash make it edgy - something raw and beautiful, so Dimash composed the song and Dmytro helped Candice Kelly with the lyrics and this great bluesy rock song is the result. The video is beautiful and sexy and is just meticulous in it's detail. A definite nod to Anne Rice's Interview With the Vampire going on as well. Dimash is a master at whatever he does. Everyone who can, please don't forget to buy this single. Let's get it on the charts!

I've watched quite a few reactors to this song by Dimash and one of the thing I've noticed, all women reactors mention "that look" near the end when Dimash embraces his prey but none of the men reactors do. I'm a woman and I certainly noticed "that look" when I first watched it. 😉

He definitely bit her. There’s a wound on her neck when driving away. The creators got the idea because little is known about Dimash’s private life. So he decides to let the reporter interview him ( aka interview with a vampire.) I think he takes control of her when she picks up the pen to write. When it shows her leaving the very same song is playing as if she never left the car. I think she believes it all was a dream but yet there’s an article about an interview without her byline, and it shows blood on the side of her neck as if she was bitten. So did she try to escape and is being drawn back as if a trance??? Idk since interview was already written.

You got more of the underlying story than most! Clever Dimash. Another great Mini-Movie. He's really taking his cue from Thriller, but lot's of other more recent vampire film references and then, of course, making it all his own. Great acting - great production, and best vocals. I heard Dimash was / is? studying film production in the US. Not sure he needs to learn too much more, can probably teach it himself! A shame he didn't drop this a week before Halloween - but HEY! - Halloween comes around every year, so plenty of future opportunities for those so inclined to have "Count Dimash" Parties - all decked out with the nails and teeth & snarls etc! # What I also REALLY like is that Dimash brings back the power of 'S & S' (Sensuality and Suggestion) - rather than 'smack in your face' crass porn style sex - with everything always hanging out. Don't you feel like Dimash has far surpassed Thriller? I sure do. As a young girl, I loved Thriller, mainly for its dancing and it's fun ending, but Dimash is that sexy hot vampire seducing the girl. So much better for the older me. 😁

The difference between this and Thriller is that Dimash is one hot vampire. So much better for me, and I used to be crazy about Thriller as a younger girl. Dear SEL: On several interview that I've seen on KZread, Dimash has mentioned the fact that he was always a Michael Jackson fan. I think that this is a "tip of the hat" to MJ's "Thriller" video which was so popular with both fans and non-fans alike. However, having said that, I still believe that having Dimash sing a pop song is the equivalent of using a Lamborghini to deliver pizzas. While Dimash can bring a flare and style to any genre, still, pop music does not allow him to display the full spectrum of his superb vocal abilities.

The way I see it is that she does go to his house to do the interview but gets more then she bargained for. I think he transports her back to the car when he’s done having his fun with her. Then she picks up the paper to see that her article has already mysteriously been printed and released leaving her totally perplexed.
