I'm 52 years old..I have listened to thousands of vocalists...You don't have to be an expert to conclude that in regards to the full package of range..versatility..power..stamina precision..emotion..I have never heard a vocalist past or present on this level?...Correct me if I am wrong?..React to the times Dimash had fun with his voice..INSANE!!!..Who else has a quality range from C2 to D8....The F6 he hit in this song was the Queen of the night..He did it with ease!!..and he is a guy😂

His athleticism is a strong factor in his breath control. He is a swimmer and under water swimmer. He is also trained in Taekwondo and love to play soccer and other sports. He utilizes all of these sports to keep his lungs strong and able to hold a lot of air. Of course, being able use that air judiciously and make that air last is a well honed art.

Franky, I don’t see anyone else who could perform this piece in such a way” The gentleman playing the Kobyz is master Olzhas Qurmanbeck, the best player in Kazakhstan 🎻🔝 The Kobyz is the first stringed instrument ever. Kobyz is an ancient tool of the Kazakh people. It was used in ancient times by steppe shamans-healers for various rites. Kobyzy is made from a single piece of wood. This is one of the oldest ways of making musical instruments in the history of mankind. It is not due to technical backwardness or the lack of metal devices. According to the ancient beliefs of many people, only in a single piece will the living singing soul of the tree remain, which will sound in the instrument. The open body and strings of the kobyz from a bunch of 30-60 untwisted horse hair give a very thick, overtone-rich timbre.

So enjoyed your reaction to Stranger. The next master class from Dimash should be his Ikanaide (Don't Go) which he sings in Japanese. Dimash, by the way, started with his acceptance into a prestigious school at age 5 when they realized he had perfect pitch. He was recently exposed by one of his lifelong friends as being an annoying sleep over guest when he was young because he sang in his sleep. He has never stopped taking vocal training even to this day.

Ah, you say great singers are not born they are made, but Dimash is the exception. Born to exceptional musical parents, plus his dedication to practice, then puts him as one of the greatest singers. I think that if you were to ask Dimash himself he would say it was a gift from Allah.

At the time of their son’s birth, Kanat Aitbayev and Svetlana Aitbayeva were budding music artists in Kazakhstan who took to entertaining crowds all over the country. His mother, joined the Aktobe Philharmonic Society as a soprano singer and also became the Artistic Director of the Saz children's studio in Aktobe. She tells of how her baby boy used to run on stage at the end of their performances so he could take a bow with his parents. His first appearance on stage was at the age of two in a minor role in a local theatre production. Dimash first sang on stage at the age of five. His parents were awarded “Honoured Music Artists” by the Kazakh government.
