Dimash has been singing and training since he was 5 y.o. He has his Masters in Music and Composition and working towards his PhD. Dimash is from Kazakhstan and has had the best instructors who know their art - very different from the egos of western singers and musicians who don't dive deep into the art. Dimash doesn't show off - he is an artist wanting to convey they story of the song.

Thank you for your great and authentic reaction to Dimash. Dimash is from Kazakhstan and believe me, you’ve seen nothing at all. In my opinion you have discovered the best singer in the world. He has perfect pitch and he currently has a vocal range of 7,7 octaves (C1(B0) - D8 off the piano) At least what he has shown us so far. He plays several instruments like piano, dombra (a kazach instrument), drums, marimba and more. He has classical as well as contemporary vocal training and sings in different genres from opera to pop, jazz, Kazakh folk, ballads and he even raps a bit. And often he skillfully mixes several genres in one song. And meanwhile in 14 languages. The latest songs (from Tokyo Jazz Festival in November 2021) are Ikanaide in Japanese and at his concert in Almaty on September 23, 2022 he sang a new song in Spanish. But many of my favorite songs are in his native tongue. He is a nice, respectful and humble person. He respects people regardless of their original, religion or profession. He truly loves his homeland Kazakhstan and his people with all his heart and always shows it with pride in many of his songs, concerts and interviews. During his concerts in Dubai, Düsseldorf and Prague in 2022, before he performed his song War And Peace, he told the audience he loves all people in every country. And I absolutely believe this. His concert in September 23, 2022 was amazing. He really gets better and better. Please react to Sinful Passion next. And watch the videos till the end and you will see how kind and lovely he is. And I always recommend turning on the subtitles, if available. The gentleman at the end you see standing and clapping is a famous Russian/Ukrainian composer, producer and songwriter Igor Krutoy. He has come out of retirement to work with Dimash. True masterpieces were created. He writes songs that only Dimash could sing with his vocal range, such as Olimpico, Stranger or Ave Maria. You’ll often see him accompanying Dimash on the piano. The two have no contract. Their cooperation is based more on mutual trust. It’s more like a father/son relationship. These last three songs are mind-blowing and will leave you speechless. I promise. Sinful Passion: kzread.info/dash/bejne/iW16zqaGc9KefLg.html If you like some fancam versions then I recommend the one from the Moscow concert: kzread.info/dash/bejne/p6yAytmfdqm7gdY.html Or another one from the Arnau concert: kzread.info/dash/bejne/i355zqmBYsvXpdo.html They are all a bit different, so that nobody can say it’s all the same and he is just lip-syncing. Olimpico: kzread.info/dash/bejne/lp-EtZitaJfXl5c.html Stranger: kzread.info/dash/bejne/nnqnpJeBhtHTg6Q.html Ave Maria: kzread.info/dash/bejne/n4B7mslrn9Ksg6Q.html

Congratulations, you just witnessed the greatest vocalist alive. He’s from Kazakhstan, sings in 15 different languages (speaks Kazakh and Russian fluently, some English, and a little Mandarin). He plays 8 musical instruments and is currently working on his PhD in musicology (has a Masters in composition). He’s been training since the age of 5, has a 7 octave 2 semi-tone range, has absolute pitch, and is an amazingly humble man. His mother is an opera singer and his father is a singer and producer. He sings every genre (even raps) He has many recent performances, but I would highly recommend "Sinful Passion" 2018 at Sochi, then "Stranger" 2021 at New Wave, "Olimpico" 2019 link on Igor Krutoy's (composer that came out of retirement to work with Dimash) KZread channel, "Adagio" from The Singer 2017, "Ikanaide" 2021 Tokyo Jazz Festival, and "Ave Maria" 2021 at New Wave. After digesting those performances, I can't stress enough my recommendation for his most recent song and music video (mini movie) the artistic masterpiece "The Story of One Sky" that he wrote the screenplay for and spent 3 years composing the music for, which displays a lot of his range (not all) and soooo many vocal techniques and dynamics, including sub harmonics, whistle register, bass, tenor, baritone, classical, jazz, pop, rock and unreal metal screams....and unbelievable dramatic acting. Each performance will leave you stunned. Thank you for reacting to our Dimash from a loyal "Dear" (fandom name given to us by Dimash, because we are dear to him like his family). He has fan clubs in 132 countries

There was "joke" a couple a years ago that he could easely cover all voices in an opera by himself except for bass if he wanted to (baritone, tenor, alto, mezzo and soprano). Now he probably would be able to cover bass as well as his lower range developed ridiculously in the last years. His voice is something else but people love him so passionately because of the surprisingly gentle, thoughtful and respectful young man behind the voice.

Dimash himself and his vocal coaches say that he is a tenor. The opening phrases are not in falsetto, listen to the vibrato, it’s his head voice. His vocal range is from subharmonic to D8, a 7 octave range. In this song he goes from a B2 to F#5. Dimash is a fusion artist. He combines Classic, Rock, Metal, Rap, Folk, and World Music all in one. Many Vocal. Coaches say that he has the best male voice in recorded history. You may not like his music, but his technical skills are unparalleled.

Dimash flips between operatic, pop and rock styles note by note depending on what he wants to convey. When he sings outside of operatic style he usually starts the note straight tone then introduces vibrato just at the end to finish, but sometimes he sings it straight tone all the way through, or slowly increases the volume of the note and decreases it again and adds a touch of delicate vibrato at the very end. He is an absolute master of pitch, breath control and vocal dynamics. He knows how to use a mike too. He paints each song in vocal colours. In this particular song he sings the words 'high' and 'bird' firstly in breathy falsetto, then in a slightly stronger head voice, and finally he goes from a head chest mix into full head voice and finishes by sailing briefly into whistle register🤯 When he sings the words 'feet on the ground' he dips into baritone. His voice trembles and breaks when he sings 'cry'. Soooo glad you reacted to Dimash. He is ground breaking. You ain't seen nothing yet I assure you 😂 Would love to stay with you on a Dimash journey where you will be amazed and surprised and mind blown over and over again. I have liked and subbed 💗

Dimash has a range that spans seven plus octaves. (C1-D8). When you hear more of him you may also change your opinion of when he moves from his chest to chest mix to head to falsetto. He can keep his chest or head mix and head voice in higher notes than most men before his true falsetto comes into play. He can also sing those very quiet, very breathy tones easily in the lower parts of his range. No question he is truly a phenomenon.

Dimash began his classical vocal training at age 5 and later added contemporary vocal training to his repertoire later. He also began his instrumental training at age 5 and spent a minimum of 6 hours a day vocalizing and playing. He never wanted to be good, he ALWAYS wanted to be the best, the greatest and he focused on that from his early years until now. making sure he is just that. He has an octave range of over 7 and is fabulous at every octave He is currently completing his Doctoral Thesis in music, very well read, a humanitarian, world traveler, male clothing model, swimmer, love to kick around a soccer ball, has a red belt in taekwondo and is currently making a action movie with Jackie Chan as they are buddies They met during the Chinese show, I Am Singer. Jackie being Chinese and Dimash being Kazak and a wild card in that show. Jackie caught the first song Dimash performed and had to meet Dimash. You will often see Dimash holding baby available as parents want pictures of their children with him. Dimash has been called many things. Alien; Best vocalist ever; etc. He's been working on his craft every day since he was 5 years old. Over 20 years of taking an incredible natural talent, expanding, refining and controlling it to a well honed edge. Continuous improvement in not just the voice, but in all aspects of performance, from learning how to pronounce and sing in over a dozen languages, to learning how to sing in several genres, to learning dancing, rapping, playing different instruments, composing, etc. And to be well read including philosophy, and be able to stay super kind and humble with the whole world telling him he's the 8th wonder of the world. Yeah. Dimash is that special. Considering the uniqueness of his talent, and given that I watched dozens of reactors to his songs, you stand apart in your knowledge and appreciation of Dimash's talent. Welcome to Dimash´s world. Out of this world, actually. His name sounds: Dimash accented “mash” and accented /´gen. He is from Kazakhstan. He uses techniques from opera, modern lyric, ethnic, glam, hard rock and pop environments. Registers don´t apply to him. Not only male voice, no female voice, no alien voice: Dimash´s voice. He connects to the lyrics and adds textures to his voice accordingly. So to get the full meaning look for a subtitled version of each; for instance you can react to these videos with english subtitles, good image and sound: * Dimash - Love is like a dream (Alla Pugacheva) kzread.info/dash/bejne/qoB5s9yfobLFnJM.html * Dimash - Greshnaya strast (Sinful passion) by A'Studio kzread.info/dash/bejne/iW16zqaGc9KefLg.html “SOS d'un terrien en détresse” tells of an earthly being that is in distress and asking for help because he never felt well in his own skin, he better wants to be a bird to see the world in case it could be more beautiful when seen from above. Luc Plamondon wrote the lyrics of SOS about a very distraught young man who just lost his lover causing him extreme questioning of his own existence. Finally being by her lifeless body, he is able to let her go “in peace“ with the words ‘sleep, my child, sleep’. It is a part of an french Rock-Pop opera released in 1979: Starmania. One of the 5 most difficult songs in French language. It was recorded by Daniel Balavoine in 1979 or so and Grégory Lemarchal won of the French reality singing competition Star Academy 2004 with this song.

SOS is Dimash masterpiece!! SOS is an existentialist song, about ups and downs in life, depression and death, when you feel you don’t belong here. The lights in the back denoting all emotional stages, the wings and final moments before departing to heaven. Dimash is the Most Skilled Vocalist ever!!! Technically and artistically that’s a fact. His versatility, wide range, stage presence, performance, background, technique, creativity, powerful and beautiful voice makes him all in one 🔝❤️🎤 Dimash is a world class artist, turned 28 on the 24th of May but touring the world to sell out arenas with his solo concerts, he also performs in concerts with the famous Ukrainian/Russian composer Igor Krutoy, is constantly collecting awards, attends many prestigious red carpet events, film festivals and even models for lots of high end fashion houses. He is university trained in Classical opera vocals to degree level, also holds a degree in contemporary pop music and jazz with a major in vocals, and now has finished his master degree in music composition. He started his doctorate in Musicology. He has been having singing lessons from the age of 5 when his teacher noticed he had perfect pitch . He was offered a place at the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but respectfully turned it down to pursue his own more contemporary musical career. He is a multi instrumentalist, more than 8 instruments and also sings in 15 different languages and has a range of over 6 octaves from a low bass A2 to a high soprano, plus a whistle register with his highest note so far being a 5 second D8 with vibrato. He is widely recognized as the best vocalist in the world. He speaks fluent Kazakh and Russian, is studying English and Mandarin and has conversational skills in both but not quite fluent yet. He is kind, humble, generous and modest, very elegant and very tall, Dimash is 6ft 3, 1/4. His Dears, as Dimash calls his fans because we are so dear to him and very loyal, number over 70 fan clubs in 120 countries globally and number in the millions, probably you will soon be one of us Dears.

Liked and subbed for more Dimash. This song brought Dimash global fame and overnight stardom in China when he performed it on the Chinese show The Singer in 2017 when he was just 22 years old. He has performed it many times but his Singer performance of SOS is my favourite. The show was a competition for well known professional singers in China. Dimash, a complete unknown in China, was invited to participate by producers as a wild card and wasn’t expected to go very far in the competition. Competing singers (there were 10 finalists, 14 episodes) performed a new song each week live on stage and the 500 music industry audience voted, deciding the outcome of the results in knockout rounds - a gruelling process for competitors. He was the first foreigner to perform on the show. As the least known artist Dimash was first up to perform in the very first episode of the show. He sang SOS, won the episode, came runner-up in the competition and became an overnight sensation in China - you can see how nervous he is - the audience was told to give him a warm welcome: The behind the scenes story behind 'SOS d un terrien en détresse' with English subtitles (credit Gloria Wu): m.kzread.info/dash/bejne/ppqTt6t6f7rMcbg.html 🙏🏻🇦🇺

Awesome to see another new person dive into Dimash's world. He's a generational talent for sure. You've only tasted a drip of what Dimash is capable of. Dimash has this way of reaching in, grabbing your soul and taking you on an incredible vocal ride every time. He glides up and down all vocal registers with ease and a smoothness like no other. Each new song you listen to will blow you away again and again and again. I subscribed just so I can go on your Dimash journey with you. After "SOS" most people do "Sinful Passion" as their second Dimash song and then Stranger, Olympico, Adagio, Ave Maria, Lionel Richie's "Hello"....pick one, you won't be disappointed. Suggestion on what not to do: I'm sure you'll see a lot of people asking you to react to Dimash's latest masterpiece "The Story of One Sky". DO NOT listen/react to that yet. Go down the rabbit hole and listen/react to the other Dimash songs first and learn what he's really capable of so when you finally do get to "The Story of One Sky" you'll appreciate it much more. Looking forward to your next Dimash reaction. - Pete from Dallas

Thank you for checking out Dimash. I really enjoyed your observations and expertise. He is the best singer/vocalist on the planet. 7+ octave range and beautiful in each. Highly trained his whole life, from 3 yrs old. Trains/performs/practices every single day of his entire life. No one can touch his vocals. The most beautiful voice ever. Epic. btw, Dimash has been literally working on S.O.S. for more than 10yrs. He has performed it countless times since his teenage years. He is now 28 yrs old. He keeps improving. AND this is just the tip of the iceberg as to his vocal abilities. He has a huge catalog and each song will astonish you and bring you goosebumps and tears. He sings in multiple genres and about 14+ languages. More please. Also, he has easily sung the song from the 5th Element! Here he is with 'Diva Dance' from his Bastau concert: kzread.info/dash/bejne/oWmur9ephbLNgdI.html

Regardless of whether your usual channel style is something different, you would miss out on a world of vocal beauty if you stopped at just 1 or 2 or 3 Dimash songs.

Hey nice reaction to Dimash! The bouncing back and forth are usually called staccato! But in this version they aren't so staccati like, as they used to be. He lighted them a bit. Normally he sings them in full head voice or a light mix, more head. It's hard to tell, bc Dimash is a master of doing all of this! He said himself he is a high tenor, but lately he goes deeper and deeper, so you might be right. But if you discover him more, you will see up high, he is the most comfortable! It's easy for him to go up to the 6. Octaves!

Hey thanks.... Keep doing Dimash it's gift enough for me! But I recommend you to stay with older songs and discover him bit by bit. Ave Maria, stranger and story of one sky you can more appreciate, when watching later on your journey! Blurring out is no problem, but please left a bit more than a white screen, it's really uncomfortable to watch it like that. 😅😅. Some do a comic filter, that's really nice. All the singers version should be okay without blurring. Sos from singer is one of the most beloved ones, maybe you want to check this out with us sometime later..... Hello from Lionel Richi is a great English one or the Diva Dance and all written from Igor Krutoy! Love is like a dream, Ogni Pietra (Olimpico) Passion..... Etc so many to do..... ❤️ See yah

It's a really good thing you've waited so long to listen to Dimash, Because, from now on, all other singers will be boring....................... Dimash : At the age of five, Dinmuhammed began to take piano and vocal lessons at the children's studio of Aktobe's Akhmet Zhubanov Music College.[15] He later attended Gymnasium No. 32 in Aktobe.[16] Dinmuhammed completed a Broadway Musical master class in 2009.[17] In 2014, he graduated in Classical Music with Major in Vocal (Bel Canto) from the music institute of K. Hello, thank you for your reactions to Dimash, I hope you keep going, Dimash is the best singer in the world, he is a composer and multi-instrumentalist, he comes from a musical family, he is not pigeonholed into one musical style, his vocal range is 8 octaves, you will hear him beautiful opera arias, pop, rock, he likes to mix genres, he easily goes from low baritone to tenor, etc., he also uses the so-called dirty voice if it is to be used for his songs, his latest composition is The Story of One Heaven he worked on it for 3 years , it's in the live version but also in the movie clip where he plays as an actor and the song lasts 14 minutes full of his beautiful vocals in which he also uses an ethnic voice, the video is a message to humanity for racial and religious equality, I think more dears will reach out to you with information about Di, greetings and sub to your channel.

Te sugiero escuchar Stranger, Olímpico, Sinfull passion, Across endless dimensions, Oceans over the time, Requiem: The story of one Sky y todas las que puedas!

Your reaction was respectful, thoughtful, genuine, and sincere- I liked and subscribed;) Suggestion: please use subtitles as the lyrics are as important as the music. Dimash is extremely deliberate in every note, rest, lyric, emotion, gesture, etc. Also, every song Dimash chooses has a backstory that enriches the experience tremendously. Dimash- we are so incredibly lucky to be alive to enjoy his genius. Dimash’s music videos are amazing, inspiring, visually stunning works of art: Across Endless Dimensions, Stranger, Be With Me ( Michael Jackson and Jackie Chan tribute), Love of Tired Swans, Fly Away is contemporary. Songs: Ikanaide, Hello ( Lionel Richie), Screaming, Sinful Passion, and more. Short video worthy of Nobel Peace prize-: The Story of One Sky. Thank you for your appreciation of Dimash’s insane talent! Liked and subscribed. He’s not only an exceptional vocalist, but also an accomplished musician and an amazing performer. I put some links below of great songs to react to. I’m sure other Dears will suggest many more hehe… Take your time and enjoy your musical journey into the “Dimashverse”! Truth be told, his voice is even more impressive live: I was somewhat surprised by the sheer power of his voice. His vocal abilities are incredible. I was lucky enough to attend his first solo concert in NY in 2019. After that concert, I became a Dear for life! Dimash’s complete mastery of his vocal instrument, which is off the chart, is what makes him exceptional. But, above all, he understands on a deep level the songs he interprets: he always chooses the best way to convey its meaning and emotion. Thus, he reaches his high register solely for the purpose of better conveying the intense emotion, whether it’s a cry for help (like in SOS), a yearning; or to express pain or loss, and for the climax. Dimash is such a masterful vocalist that it’s hard sometimes to fathom how gifted and talented he is. He’s unbelievably that good. He has devoted all his life to his art. What people may not know is that Dimash is not only classically trained - he even declined a position as an opera singer when he was only 22; but also he has absolute pitch (a rare cognitive trait by the way) which was discovered when he was only 4 or 5 years old. Please check my favorite rendition of “Sinful Passion” recorded by a fan cam during his Moscow concert on March 2019 [high quality Fancam]. Since it’s recorded as is, no post production here: Dimash’s live singing is flawless. This song is a pearl of the French songbook is a Canadian-French cyberpunk-rock opera called Starmania, written in 1976 by Michel Berger (France) and with lyrics by Luc Plamondon (Canada) and immortalized in the voices of Daniel Balavoine, Diane Dufresne and Grégory Lemarchal. The song's theme is depression: In this 2021 version, Dimash faithfully and brilliantly presents a sentimental and melancholy interpretation! As the singing decisions follow the original structure of the song, which serves to show the psychological instability of the distressed character: From chest voice to head voice and then falsetto, the author aimed to show a broad need to win a long of desperation and the need to reach a very high perspective! Dimash, currently in his concerts, dedicates this song to his friends and acquaintances who left this world!

It’s not hard to see that Dimash started training at a REALLY young age, had quality coaching (his mom is an opera singer-dad’s in music also), and he’s been incredibly disciplined all that time. He has perfect pitch, so you don’t see him sliding into notes much and when he’s doing it it’s because it’s a sound he wants to make-not scooping into the note. He did study opera, and was offered a position with an opera company, but he’s more into neoclassical, doing his own thing. You need to hear him sing Ogni Pietra next, just so you get to hear him in more classical mode and more of his lower register. Also in Stranger, he strays into bass territory. Master composer Igor Krutoy actually came out of retirement just to work with him. The highest note in this is in the 6th octave-he’s actually gone into the 8th octave, live in concert. He really is his own kind of dolphin. I really enjoyed this reaction. BTW, Tomi P also has more than 6 octave range. Tomi isn’t classically trained, or at least not the way Dimash is, but the dude is also a vocal beast. Tomi also doesn’t give people crap about copyright.

Thank you for your great reaction. Dimash says, it's 1 % talent and 99 % hard work. There are videos on KZread that show his development especially with this song from the age of 12 (?) until today. He still works regularly with singing teachers and expands his skills. But what I find most important: He just has a really beautiful voice, no matter what pitch.
