Since you have indicated a closeness to the lyrics of "SOS," you may be interested in knowing that Dimash discovered the song as it was sung by 23-year old French talent show contestant, Gregory Lemarchal, shortly before he passed away from cystic fibrosis while awaiting a lung transplant in the hospital. Gregory won the show in spite of having to sing, act and dance with just 25 percent of his lung capacity. Every man, woman and child in France knows Gregory's story and it resonated outside of France as well. Dimash was touched by the lyrics as well and has often sung it as a tribute to Gregory as well as to others in his life who have died too soon. A beautiful face, beautiful voice with a beautiful heart. He is very modest and humble, and a very private person. He is raised traditionally by grandparents, so he is morally and spiritually rich as well. That's why Dears adore him because he is not only great artist but a great person as well❤

Thank you for returning to SOS, Saeed - this is a truly remarkable song that is special to Dimash. It is his signature song, which he has been singing for at least a decade. Every presentation of this song is unique. My favorite for a while was his 2018 Slavic Baazar performance, until I saw his performance at the Tokyo Jazz festival in 2020.
