I can’t go one day without hearing Dimash sing. His voice has filled an empty spot in my heart ever since my husband of 49 years died. He died right at the start of Covid and when we were in lockdown and I was by myself for the first time in my life. Then one day I clicked on his pic and then I was no longer alone . His grandma dragged him to singingschool when he was 5. In Kashakstan is tradition that the grandparent raise the oldest while the parents work. He thank his grandma (mama) after vinning a huge trofe and gave it to honor her on the stage, she couldnt berly walk but with help she manage to come to the scene. I've been hopelessly devoted to him for four years and can't be a day without his voice. Am I addicted? Most likely! Is that bad? Nope, not for me. But sometimes I feel a bit sorry for those around me because, firstly, Dimash's voice doesn't resonate with them and, secondly, they get headaches from rolling their eyes when they have to watch me fangirling and being happy. And don't worry, Dimash is real. His voice may seem superhuman, he's charismatic and insanely good looking - even off stage, without make up (I met him at the airport last year). Nevertheless, he is so sweet, patient and warm, especially when dealing with his fans, that this makes him more human than many of us. Sometimes I think he is the last true gentleman on earth, under thirty (years old). Lots of love from Switzerland 🤗🇨🇭

Igor composed this about a woman he loved, the year Dimash was born (1994). This event was to honor the woman who first sang it and Igor asked Dimash to sing it this time for a new generation. My dear he is the top vocalist in the world past, present and likely future. Music scholars have said a voice like his only comes around once in a thousand years or more. He started as a toddler born pitch perfect, his grandma would play a piano key he would sound that key, he could tell if a piano was out of tune and at the age of 5 years old was admitted as the youngest ever to a prestigious music school in Khazakstan. His mother was a opera singer, his dad a instrumentalist and singer. Keep listening you will eventually realize there is no equal as he is on a level of one and his only competition is himself. May I recommend his video "know" his live and videos are awesome in fact he is awesome but he has worked very hard to be where he is.

This was a cover of Igor Krutoy's song premiered in 1990 or so by the great and only Alla Pugachova, a storm of passion on the stages, the Prima donna of Russia who standed her gound against Putin about the Russian invasion to Ukraine. They performed at the "A gift for Alla." concert for the anniversary of Alla Pugacheva in Moscow This was the first of his well known angelic melismas that were called his “MariahCareys” or his “avemarias” by non music specialised reactors. I guess that later evolved in his own version of “Ave Maria”

Dimash went to music school and started singing and learning piano when he was 5 years old. His parents are well known musicians and artists in Kazakhstan as well. His mother is a lyric soprano and his father is a singer and instrumentalist. His younger sister and brother are both skilled musicians and vocalists in their own right. Dimash not only speaks four languages but he has performed songs in 15 languages. His catalog includes music styles from rap to Opera. He is a multi-instrumentalist playing seven different instruments, as well as a songwriter, composer, director with his own production company called the Dimashali Creative Center which his dad heads up.
