Dimash Mash like wash Kudaibergen. Coo die berg in. He is from Kazakhstan but was singing in China. He was age 22 at this performance but is now 27. He has improved so greatly since this performance, He is considered the greatest singer in the world. He has an undergraduate and Masters degree and is working on his doctoral studies. He has committed his life to his music. He also is a model, athlete, and over all good guy.

You've just scratched the surface with this young man. First, he's humble, and then, he's 6'3" tall has studied music his entire life (from age 5), sings in 12 languages and speaks I believe, 5 or seven. His range is about 7 octaves and he sings opera, rap, classical, and on and on. BTW, he can sing way down in the basement (bass) and all the way up to off the piano keyboard. Please don't stop as I'm sure you will be absolutely amazed as you go further on your journey. Enjoy.

Welcome to Dimash world! You haven’t seen anything jet!!! This is about 1/3 or so what he can do! Jusely the first song is "SOS" becouse that is the one he gotten really famous with. Higher then the piano can go and thats live in a consert!! It's so fun for us "Dears" (that’s what Dimash calls his fans because he loves us as a dear family) to see how people react to him. Some info about Dimash. He is born in May 24 1994. He is from Kazakhstan and has been music schooled sense 5 years old and told the teacher that the piano was out of tune! He sings about 6-7 octaves or so! No one knows he is still learning. He sings higher than the piano can go! He also writs and compose own songs, plays bunch of instruments including Dombra there own Kazakh instrument that has a sound you can’t believe and onley 2 strings! He also sings in about 12 languages and speaks 3 so far. Dimash has an excellent education: he graduated from the College of Music with a degree in Opera Singing, university of arts in the specialty "Estrada and jazz vocals", and on June 18, 2020, he completed a master's degree in Composition. He graduated with a degree in opera from the music school at the University of Aktobe (2014), a degree in pop/jazz from the National Arts University in Nur Sultan (2018), just completed his Master's degree in composition (June 2020) and have started his PhD. He have done some contests in his life but the one I think got the worlds intension is "The Singer" (Allso called "I am a singer" or "Singer") from China in 2017. The Singer is a program for established Chinese singers to face off against each other invites only in a competition where votes were cast by an audience of 500. Dimash Qudaibergen was a last-minute inclusion (a 'dark horse'). But his performance of 'SOS D'un Terrien En Detresse' electrified the audience, his fellow competitors and the viewers who numbered in the billions (this program was one of the most-watched in China and outside). They also got him the nickname "Imported little brother" the day after the show. They also had to get bodyguard for Dimash do to the famous over night both in China and also the world. Dimash wasn’t really prepared for that. He had come to China at 22 years young man by him self and didn’t know the language. They hade contracted him for 2 shows because they didn’t think he cold go further than that. He didn’t think they would like him. So he was nervous this performers that he had also to start the show with. But they hade to change that do to his famous over night. Dimash got many new friends from this show and he said at some point he learned a lot from it to. I’m so glad you found the Dimash song that you were so familiar with. He didn’t speak English here. He started studying English and mandarin at thee time of this show in 2017 . I’m trying to Mae you see how different he is fro pm the two male singers you mentioned. But before I do listen to this. You sound American. Dimash is not in America. I think he’s in China right now. On the billboard charts top 100 Dimash has two songs in the top five at number 2 is Fly Away and at number 4 is Be With Me. About five months ago Dimash had 3 music videos fighting each other for first place in the top 5 of Ken Kennedy’s MTV music video Friday night livestream show. It’s just not fair to put any comparison you might want to d with Dimash. Dimashs idols are queen Freddy Mercury and Michael Jackson. Dimash has between 7 and 8 octave range. His highest note is a D8 that he hit at a libpve concert in Gakku in 2017 the year of this show. The top note on the piano is a C8. The D8 isn’t on the piano. Dimash also sings bass with vocal fry. Dimash was a musical prodigy and is in his doctorate. He’s had 20 years of experience ad education in the music industry. You don the know him because es from Asia. Dimash sings at genre he chooses. He’s almost fluent in English now 4 years later fromthis show. It’s not that this song wasn’t a 10 vocally, but he has just gotte better thru the years. When he finished his two masters degrees in contemporary and classical music the Astana opera house offered him a permanent position there. But he refused to do what he wants a mixture of traditional and pop. He still sings opera but he raps too. His voice can do so many unusual things. Most of us fans called Dears think he is the best vocalist around. It’s not good to compare him with your favorite artist until you hear his work. Adam Lambert doesn’t have a 7 octave range nether did Michael Jackson Freddy Mercury Mariah Carey or arianna grande. It’s just you have to check out two three more songs to see what he can do before you start him up to people who weren’t classically trained.

@@eddiebready23 He sings D8. Not just hit but but sustains it. Ok let me try abd fill you in a bit. He is 28 now and he us from Kazakstan. The song you just reacted to is from the show the singer. This is a chinese show like the voice except all the contestants are professional artists. In later series people Jessie J competed. Wgen he entered he was given the opportunity as a wild card from Asia. Dimash now sings in 12 languages and he has trained since he was 5. His mother is an opera singer and his father is a singer too. He is a very humble person so never has any ego (remarkable as ge also plays many instrumentsxand some are traditional Kazak instruments). He vecame huge after all his performances in the singer competition as obviously Asia is massive. I could bore you to death and take about 2 hours to write all about the songs he has done but not one song is the same as another. He has songs where he gies from F2 to D6 in a blink of an eye and he holds notes at those levels for 20 seconds. There is no genre that he doesn't do. I have been listening to him now for a couple of years and everytime it is still surprising and new with every song. You really have to hear it to believe it. I hope you find the time to go on that journey as it is just so special.

@@eddiebready23 On his channel there are no videos of performances on the Chinese show "I am a singer" in 2017. But many bloggers also react to videos from his channel, you just need to take a few pauses while listening and somehow change the video - make it translucent, apply some kind of filter or text, or just reflect horizontally. Fans know the video by heart, we don't need a clear picture. It is enough to have an idea of where you are listening and watching. Try to change the blocked reaction in the same way and post it again.

Dimash's two songs are on USA Billboard chart now, "Fly away" and "Be with me". He had concerts in Barclay center in USA, in London, Europe... Had to stop Arnau tour in many countries due to Covid, prepared "Dimash Digital Show" for his fans. Could check performances on it 🎧!

If you don't mind a second and third Dimash recommendation, I hope you will get to "Stranger," and "Be With Me 2021" (the one with the red car in the picture) sooner rather than later. Each is entirely different from the one you just heard and from each other. The guy sings in every genre from hard core opera to hard core (but not profane) rap-----and does it all brilliantly.

Dimash was not speaking English at the time and learned the song phonetically in a week for this competition show in 2017. His English is greatly improved over the last few years. Dimash is a phenomenon from Kazakhstan. Dimash is one of the best, if not the best, singers on the planet today. He started singing lessons at 5 years old and was later found to have perfect pitch. Dimash has been on stage since childhood: he sang and played the piano at various venues and competitions throughout his childhood. The young artist was not only a bright performer of famous hits, but also the author of his own songs. He had written seven songs by the age of 24. His genres include rap, pop, rock, classic, Opera, traditional Kazakh folk and ballad. He is University educated with degrees in classical and opera, as well as contemporary music, pop and jazz. He also completed a Broadway musical master class. On June 18th, 2020 he completed his masters specializing in composition and received his masters with honours having achieved the maximum score of 100%. He is currently working on his PhD in musical composition. His 7 octave range (C2-D8 whistle tone) and 10 semitones is beyond comparison. His vocals range from a rich low bass/baritone to extremely high soprano notes. On at least one occasion he has sung a D8 in whistle tone for 5 seconds with vibrato. He is humbly dismissive of this astounding fact and stresses that it is not the amount of range you have but in fact how you use it to move people. On top of all this, he embodies every song he sings and always gives 100% for his audience. He's a genius at mixing genres in a song, a style he himself refers to himself as neo-classic. He has won many prestigious awards and is a decorated national treasure in his native Kazakhstan. Dimash has performed songs in 12 different languages: his native language Kazakh, as well as Russian, Mandarin, English, French, Ukrainian, Italian, Kyrgyz, Turkish, Serbian, German, and Spanish. He speaks Kazakh and Russian, and studies English and Mandarin which he says is a difficult language to learn but he's doing well with it. On May 24th, 2021 Dimash celebrated his 27th birthday. At 22 he was invited as a wild card to participate in I Am a Singer, a Chinese competition show for professional singers. He ultimately placed second because at the time the rules of the show disallowed anyone who wasn't Chinese to take first place. The show catapulted him to relative stardom worldwide and he became a pop superstar in China. He is also famous in Russia for his neoclassical work with famous Russian/Ukrainian composer and arranger Igor Krutoy who came out of retirement to collaborate with Dimash. Igor has written songs for Dimash and arranged previously composed music specifically for Dimash. He is often at the piano for many of Dimash's performances. Dimash has since introduced pop songs in Russia as well. He was on a solo world tour when the pandemic struck. There are several full concerts available to watch online. His concerts are usually around 2 ½ hours with an eclectic mix of vocal styles and genres. He was born into a musical family and both of his parents are famous singers and musicians in Kazakhstan, his mother being an operatic soprano. He was offered a position in the Astana Opera in Kazakhstan but turned this position down to pursue his own path in neoclassical and contemporary music. Although he works with producers, promoters and music labels in other countries his music is produced and distributed through his own company called Dimashali Creative Center. Dimash plays seven instruments: piano, drums, guitar, keyboard, dombra (the most popular Kazakh instrument, like a lute), marimba (like a xylophone), and bayan (which is like an accordion). Dimash is most widely known through his live performances and has released several albums, the first one going platinum in 37 seconds in China and triple platinum in less than an hour. It has been widely recognized that his high notes are not whistle tones but head voice. Dimash rarely uses his whistle register but when he does it is spectacular. He has many millions of fans worldwide which he has named his "Dears" He is soft spoken, polite, respectful, elegant and classy, also extremely humble, and possesses a wonderful sometimes self-deprecating sense of humor. He is often dismissive of his amazing talent and seldom goes without mentioning his love of country and its history.
