"The song Sinful Passion, was first performed in 1998 by the Kazakh group A’STUDIO and gained leading positions in the CIS charts. Sinful love soon visibly materialized in the clip with soloist Batyrkhan Shukenov. The talented vocalist left the band in 2000. Without the lead singer, “Sinful Passion”, recorded with the help of an English producer, lay in obscurity for nearly 20 years, never becoming a worldwide hit until Baigali Serkebaev seized it. He offered Dimash to play it in 2018, twenty years after its premiere. The words of the song are the inspiration of the famous poet and composer, People's Artist of Russia and Ukraine Ilya Reznik. Group A - Studio in 2018 celebrated its 30th anniversary. Yes, it is Maestro Igor Krutoy on the front row. This was the first time he had seen and heard Dimash. He requested to meet with Dimash and Kanat (father of Dimash) to offer his services to work with Dimash. He was so well known, they immediately took him up on his offer. He had composed a few songs for Lara Fabian and Dimash had fallen head over heels in heart throbs for Lara when he first saw and heard her. He was around 12 and she is 20+ years his senior but he did not care, she was fabulous and eventually he was able to sing with her when Igor threw one of his million-dollar birthday parties for himself.

The white shirt guy is Igor Krutoy. He did not compose this song, but it was after seeing him sing this that he went backstage to speak to Dimash & they began to work together. We all know they have done fantastic work together & have become really good friends too. So many people who work with Dimash end up good friends with him. I can‘t believe you only discovered this now. 😅 Better late than never. 😉 Igor Krutoy was in the front row, but they hadn’t ever met before that day. This was originally an old pop song by the band A Studio - the same band that was on the stage with him. Those light up signs are handmade. They say Dimash in Russian. This is in Sochi, Russia. A'Studio was the original band who released this song. Lead singer died in 2015, Batyrkhan Shukenov, he wrote the song and was one of Dimash's favorite singers. If you've never heard him that goat bleating type sound, then you've never seen Sinful Passion, every performance I've seen had it in there. Also in The Story of One Sky a similar technique.

And those whistle tones, only he can do it and sustain it. Igor did not compose this song. A studio is a Russian group. Their lead singer died.
